Transfered a line to cricket had to pay over $100 to get a new phone and also paid for sim. The phone they gave me is NOT responding to calls phone rings and you tap to respond but there is no screen response, I kept it to see may be it would go away or there might be a trick to it? But I was wrong. So I called customer service for help. He said No BIG deal just go back to our store and BUY ANOTHER PHONE. I said but sir you sold me a LEMON and you are suppose to make it right? The agent was NON RESPONSIVE just like the phone they sold me. If you considering cricket read this one more time! Good luck.

Drove across town to get here a few minutes before they closed walked to the door with the open light on and doors locked . Male employee shaking his head no when clearly the closed sign on the door still showed open till 8.Very frustrating when all I needed was to purchase one thing.

I came with an issue from a different cricket store. Cassandra went above and beyond to help me correct this issue. She should be commended for such excellent customer service. All my future purchases will be with this store. Thank you!

The first time in the young man was awesome helping me.Then my mom needs a new phone.I sent her there. My bad mom.They billed her at the store, cash out of pocket.Then charged her account.Worse than anything is that mom being 75 she needed some help setting up the phone. $800 some odd amount later do you think they did?Nothing but the data was transferred. No explanation as to how to use basically a computer.And disrespectful.Sorry to the young man that your review is being overridden.But my guess is that figured out that it is hard to soar with eagles when hanging out with Turkeys! ?

I wish I could give them 0 stars. But they okay people when you are buying a phone but not when you have issues. I got 3 phones from them, switched over, and I have 2 bars of service but no actual service to do much.They have switched out my phone also. The only place I have service is at their store or on Wi-Fi. I have ONE bar everywhere I go. Can’t send picture messages, can’t get on the internet, service on the phone calls go in and out. I have been in the store 4 or 5 times for this issue and it’s a torn acl so I have to send someone else in everytime. They have 2 imei numbers attached to my phone. Got the phone at 7 at night didn’t have service til 9 am the next morning due to someone switching my sim to a different iPhone. This is the only cricket iPhone I own. They won’t give me my money back but 26 bucks I paid for the phone. I work from my phone so everyday I don’t have my phone working properly I’m losing money. They don’t wanna refund me my money so I can have actual phone service that works so I can work like everyone has to for a living. The other option is for someone to look at the tower near me don’t know what good that will do since I don’t have service ANYWHERE. But I guess my next step will be cooperate since I can’t talk to anyone by the representative at the store no one above her. Customer service isn’t any better either poor attitudes. None of them actually care about their customers. Being someone who has sold cell phones, a store manager, and regional manager at several phone places I would of never made anyone of my customers go through this. They can refund me the money back they just don’t want to. It’s sad. But I guess I’ll keep climbing up the pole some how to reach someone who will ACTUALLY help. I literally just wanna have the service I pay for and not have to deal with issues every day and I certainly can’t afford to not work being a single mom of 3.

Needed a new cell phone because my touch screen quit working. I took in my $800 Ule Fone I got a few years back and already had on my account before. They were nice enough to switch my sim card from my broken phone to the Ule Fone for free. They even suggested the discount you can get if you qualify for threw the government where they will pay part of your phone bill. I'm already using it for my internet. I have 5 lines at Cricket with Insurance on 3 of the phones with unlimited calling, text, and data. I only pay $160 a month for all 5 phones. This cannot be beat by any other cell provider out there, period. Believe me, They've all called me trying to get me to switch and when I tell them what I have at Cricket they are quickly discouraged.

Sat 1/8/21 I visited around 2pm. I had come from the Raytown location, where they had just treated me horridly, took an hour and a half of my time and lied to my face. I walked into this location and within 10 minutes (including waiting in line) the rep at this location had done exactly what I went to the Raytown store for, a simple phone switch. The rep here was nice, fast, and I will be driving the extra to come here instead of the horrid location on 350 in Raytown.Thanks for the quality customer service!
