I switched to this pharmacy and I absolutely love it. It may take a little longer than some places but not much but to me it's worth it. They treat you like family, their knowledgeable and hands down the nicest people you have ever talked to. Keep up the good work CVS Pharmacy on 23rd in Independence! ❤️? Highly recommend

This CVS does a better job keeping their entrance clean than many do (picking up after litterbugs). Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, especially the two lead pharmacists. The store is kept clean, safe and comfortable.

This CVS Pharmacy is in a convenient location in Independence, MO; the store is well stocked and very clean. Their most outstanding asset: Registered Pharmacist Thaotou Lor, whose name-tag states: "I can help." That is actually an understatement: he is AMAZINGLY helpful. I arrived with a relative today to check whether her shingle shots were up to date. Not only did Mr. Lor check her CVS file, he thoroughly checked additional insurance records to confirm that she'd only had one shot in 2019. Considering my relative has a family history of shingles, he recommended a plan to best suit her health situation. He was very gentle and kind as he administered the shot and she didn't even blink as he completed the vaccination. Kudos to CVS for employing such a compassionate, capable pharmacist!
