Drive through has been closed for repair for months now and it’s getting old. I am a disabled customer that has trouble walking and standing for any distance or length of time. I’m normally a very patient person and understand equipment needs repair from time to time but there is no way a company the size of CVS could not find a repairman in a City this size within a week or maybe two. This store lost a few GREAT employees a while back and it is VERY NOTICEABLE. The service seems to go downhill every time I am forced to visit. I haven’t ever had an issue with their delivery service and that’s probably all that keeps me from moving my scripts to a different pharmacy. Disappointed Again

The store of 24 hwy and Sterling in Independence Mo has the rudest female pharmacist I have ever encountered. Every month I have my pain meds called in. For over the last 2 years I have had to call the pharmacy and see which one could fill. Then call the doctor so he can send the script in. Most often the script gets called in then They say they have been out for week. They brush you off like they don't care. I have switch all but one med to another company because they can never keep prescriptions in stock. They are always and can't tell you when they come. Seriously not one pharmacy in a 20 mile are has nothing?!?! The last person I talked to called me a liar and then refused to help me. So I had to call another store. I have tried calling corporate a hundred times that does no good. It's about time the people started filling gating the pharmacies and demanding they keep are meds in stock instead of letting the government tell us what we take and can't. CVS pharmacy treats you like a drug addict. Most pain meds you can't just taking after you have been on the for so long. CVS YOU ARE A HUGE COMPANY START DEMANDING YOU GET THE MEDS YOUR CUSTOMERS NEED and be a little nicer to your customers. Your service is getting horrible. You have to be nice to be treated nice.

I wish this wasn't my insurance's preferred medicine provider. The service in store is never a problem, but on multiple occasions I've waited on hold for 1hr+ just to speak to a pharmacist. I even stayed on hold in the store one time while waiting my turn and workers were basically doing nothing behind the counter, knowing the phones were going insane. I understand some times are busier than others, but c'mon man. This is ridiculous.

I went to this CVS to return an item. I was asked if I had a receipt. I said no. The cashier told me that I could not return it since I didn't have a receipt. I told her when I purchased the item that I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I said, no. This is what her reply was when I asked her why they ask this question if you need a receipt in order to return an item. She said when you say no that means you have decided that you will not be returning the item. Never did she say this to me when I purchased the item. If this is your policy on returns you, should at the least inform your customers that there are no returns unless you have a receipt. I consider this poor customer service when you don't divulge the entire policy for returns at the time of purchase especially when you ask if the customer wants the receipt or not.

I love this pharmacy! They are so helpful and always in tune with my needs and even send me texts of YouTube (I think?) Videos on the subject of one of my medications so that I'll know more about it. Love CVS! And just by the way they treat me, I know they love me too.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!I called to get information about my prescriptions waited in hold for 40 minutes and then the pharmacist Ashley Pedde said I'm too busy and hung up the phone

This pharmacy is 20 minutes away from where we live, however the other three CVS locations that we pass to get here cannot get my husbands meds straight. We've used this pharmacy for years. They are the best. Very helpful, organized and knowledgeable! Thank you CVS!

Will no longer be shopping at CVS due to discrimination that I've faced TWICE. As a customer I should not be treated wrongfully if I want to exchange something. The manager insinuated I was stealing based on the way I look. Even though I had a RECEIPT for the product I was told that I have to do the exchange before I walk around to shop for other items. The cashier told me it wasn't a problem and that it would have to be a separate transaction before this rude manager came up to me. Never has this been told to me at other cvs stores. Clerks have told me that I can shop for my other stuff and just do the exchange then. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if the "manager" chose her words wisely instead of calling me "Hun" when she's the same age as me. Returned the product at another cvs and will no longer be shopping at CVS. Walgreens will do just fine and has better CUSTOMER SERVICE.
