Pharmacy pick-up is slower than a snail with lead boots crawling over a cheeseburger on a hot day. Two registers available but only one being used. Zero sense of urgency from the staff.

The Minute clinic tech, "France" I think was her name, seems to hate men. If you have husbands or sons, please don't bring them here.
My wife and I went in with two appointments back-back, one for her first and then for me. During our appointments, She only talked to my wife, (Despite me being the one who answered her questions), and ignored all of my responses, asking them again of my wife, who just kept saying "What he said, and ask him". At the end, she didn't even give me any medication, despite me asking for it as we both have the flu, saying "Your not the patient". We walked away with only one dosage, and don't have enough. We'll have to go to a different MinuteClinic soon to get a refill.
Absolutely abhorrent behavior.

This is about the minute clinic. Which I think their slogan should be...."Quick inside but 30 min or more wait time via phone" I have tried to speak with someone on the phone past several days and wait time before I gave up is 20 to 40 min. Their call center sucks. It would be quicker to stop in and ask a question. Maybe that is their strategy. "Get them in the door. "

The only thing I experienced was rudeness from the pharmacy cashier and the front cashier.I realize there is other things to do besides ring people up but geez I got an over counter inhaler,that's it and the cashier told me to go to the front and pay for it bc they were backed up.So I did only to stand there for almost 15 mins waiting for the front cashier to acknowledge me,she just kept intending ignoring me as if she was busy putting up stock.She seen me.So then I go back to the pharmacy to let her know I wanted to pay for my inhaler there and she got sassy.Very clear neither one of them wanted to be on the register and it showed.Rude.If I can help it I won't be going back.

They are the rudest people I have ever met. They act like we are an inconvenience just to pick up my scripts. This is every time.

Service is always nice if you need them, super friendly, and seems like home when you walk in. There's usually good deals going on if you are a member. Just wish they had more color choices in Maybelline and L'Oreal foundation and lip.

I do not understand why, as a company, you do not pay for someone to stay up front.
If I wanted to "self checkout," I would use Amazon.
I would much rather support my local people.
The pharmacist is wonderful well as the other employees in the store, but as a company, remember people go to these stores to have customer service.

Every single person in the pharmacy is AMAZING!! They go above and beyond to help me every time I have an issue with either my insurance or a Dr not sending my refill. They have the best customer service and are genuinely the nicest people ever!! I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face ??

That minute clinic is a joke. Never had an issue with any other locations. Plus the service I had done was only supposed to be $119 they charged my card $268. Complete waste of time

Kimberly was extremely helpful and personable. She made me feel welcome upon entering CVS , was helpful. Made me want to shop here.

Went to CVS this morning and bought some products using my Aetna card. Got the wrong products
. Kim helped me find the things my insurance covers. She was wonderful. CVS needs more people like Kim.

I've never had an issue here. Everyone is Super friendly and helpful.
I'm here so much I can help other customers.
Probably what I love most is that I basically get paid to shop here by using the rewards.
I can get what I need, spend top side of $120-140 or more use my reward coupons, my Bonus Bucks, and other rewards I can end up walking out only paying $20-25 PLUS getting Bonus Bucks back AND Rewards Program special items. Like the Makeup Rewards etc.
Plus don't forget the beginning of every year you get your Pharmacy Bucks. Every time you fill 10 prescriptions you receive $5.00 Pharmacy Bonus Bucks, Up to $50.00. BUT ONLY if you are enrolled in the program.
I tend to get a Lot of prescriptions here and yet STILL have no problems whatsoever.
The cashiers here are great and eager to help you no matter how you need help, be it looking for something, finding the price of something, finding an alternative to something or whatever.
Honestly the entire crew at this store on 24 hwy is an incredible asset to the company. They are kind, friendly, considerate, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, courteous, generous, and genuinely care. And I mean that about all of them from the Front of the store to the Pharmacy to the Minute Clinic to the Management. Every single time I walk in (or out) of the CVS my Daughter, my Puppy (Buster) or myself get Greeted, as do anyone entering OR exiting after/ before us.
The STAFF makes you feel welcome.
