I do realize each individual has a right to their own opinion, however my experience was quite different. The pharmacist was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Really one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Thank you!!

Really, it’s zero stars. Poor customer service. Tried to have a script transferred to them and it was a disaster. Go in person to sort it out. Wait 30 min for her to transfer the rx and it’s wrong. Not once did the tech ask me anything about the medication, only went off what was written down from when i called earlier in the day by day shift. A little communication and accountability go a long way. Instead of blaming day shift when she literally did the transfer request herself and could’ve confirmed the medication.

I too and not keen on no weekend service. This past weekend another lady and I were waiting for the pharmacy to open at 2 PM from lunch as posted on the wall at the pharmacy counter. However, the hours posting neglects to inform the fact there are no weekend hours. For those customers who don't use the pharmacy regularly the failure of not accurately posting pharmacy hours is unacceptable. This is only one concern I have had over time. It's always something at that pharmacy.

Most of my problems here have been minor and not a big deal, the same kind I've dealt with at any pharmacy... but the fact that the hours have changed to completely exclude the weekend really bothers me. This is the most convenient location to me.... but I need a pharmacy that's open on weekends due to my schedule.

If I could give them negative stars I would, the pharmacy is absolutely worthless they repeatedly lie about status of scripts, then refuse services when called out for it denying services and that they are in the wrong. I hope they receive the same care and lack of compassion they give to others.

The pharmacist who runs this pharmacy is the best. He knows who you are and not are things done incredibly fast but the other employees are just as nice. I will only go there now.

I finally had enough of the Walgreens’s on 23rd and Lee’s Summit so I took my prescriptions to the CVS in Target ,and so far I am very glad that I did. I would give this CVS 5 stars but it’s only been a month. The employees at this CVS are first and foremost clean and presentable. I was able to have an intelligent conversation about my RX needs and how they were going to be able to meet them. When they were ready I got a text and was able to pick up the entire prescription not just a small amount. In the next few months, if things stay the same I will give them the 5 stars I think they are deserving of.

The staff is great. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication is better than any pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the hours. I guess because it is in Target, they close early and that is sometimes inconvenient.

What an awesome place! Service is always top notch. The staff is always quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. BEST flu shot in the KC Metro.
