My husband went to pick up my blood thinners which are essential for my heart. CVS quoted him a price of over $200. I can get the same drug and amount from Caremark which is essentially the same company!

I have tried to use the CVS Pharmacy several times in the last 8 months. On each occasion there was a problem with obtaining my prescription. There is disorganization and improper understanding of what was ordered. Two of my prescriptions were never filled. Today I spent an hour trying to get what was ordered and was quoted three different prices.

Pay attention to the current schedules because you could be surprised. Otherwise service is very proficient.

This store is so clean ! Today was my first time coming to a HealthHUB care concierge appointment made through the cvs website which was super easy and convenient. Also my first time at this location of cvs. I had to provide a urine sample for one of my services and the bathroom was very clean and smelled great., I was very impressed to see the restroom well kept. I met with Sherri and another lady named Vera. Both were extremely personable and kind. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. Sherri answered all of my questions, actually asked what prescription I preferred instead of just giving me no option as well as provided information for my up and coming visits. Vera gave me a rx pharmacy discount card which will save me plenty of money. I also would like to write a review about Danielle who works in the pharmacy at this location. She went above and beyond by running an eligibility check for my prescription insurance which she found on file since I haven’t received my insurance cards etc. from my new employer yet. Danielle also wrote my prescription insurance information on paper for my health visits and personal records. I am going to book a health service for labs online tonight and schedule it for tomorrow since I had such a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to returning and at the moment since I have recently moved back to Missouri I don’t think I will need a primary care doctor since CVS provides so many services which is wonderful. Please consider giving the individuals mentioned in this review a raise. Thanks so much for your kindness. 😊

A mistake was made with my prescription. Spent an hour getting it corrected. There was not an apology from any worker that I was in contact with. This was not the first time they have messed up a prescription. I have now transferred to another pharmacy.

The cashier wanted to spell Virginia with an F then I noticed my receipt did not have my coupons or how many points I got. I stood by the consultation thing to talk to the pharmacist for 15 minutes and got no response so it’s just said hell with it. Most of the time I get good service here not sure what the problem is right now

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen, and the pharmacist, Stan, who is working the evening shift on Monday, 7/17/2023 is awful. I have had multiple issues with him refusing to do his job. The staff will not answer the phone when he’s in charge, and, tonight, he would not fill a blood pressure prescription that has been on auto-fill for years, but, for some reason, didn’t get filled, even though I first stopped in for it 3 days ago. How is it still not filled, when they knew Friday evening???!!! Definitely switching what’s left of my prescriptions to the local Costco pharmacy, where I’ve had absolutely no issues.

I switched to this pharmacy in January and have had nothing but problems having my anticonvulsant filled. Every month they don't fill it and give me some excuse why they didn't. I've been unable to have them filled since April and now the pharmacy tech has told me she refuses to fill my prescriptions, because i had the audacity to become upset with their lack of service. I'm a cancer survivor and I cannot be without my meds. I've escalated my complaint to thw district and regional managers due to the fact that the refusal to fill the prescriptions rises to a violation of the American with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the anti-discrimination polices that are a part of the Affordable Care Act. So Katie, I hope your refusal to simply fill my meds comes back to bite you on your backside.
