Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen, and the pharmacist, Stan, who is working the evening shift on Monday, 7/17/2023 is awful. I have had multiple issues with him refusing to do his job. The staff will not answer the phone when he’s in charge, and, tonight, he would not fill a blood pressure prescription that has been on auto-fill for years, but, for some reason, didn’t get filled, even though I first stopped in for it 3 days ago. How is it still not filled, when they knew Friday evening???!!! Definitely switching what’s left of my prescriptions to the local Costco pharmacy, where I’ve had absolutely no issues.

I switched to this pharmacy in January and have had nothing but problems having my anticonvulsant filled. Every month they don't fill it and give me some excuse why they didn't. I've been unable to have them filled since April and now the pharmacy tech has told me she refuses to fill my prescriptions, because i had the audacity to become upset with their lack of service. I'm a cancer survivor and I cannot be without my meds. I've escalated my complaint to thw district and regional managers due to the fact that the refusal to fill the prescriptions rises to a violation of the American with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the anti-discrimination polices that are a part of the Affordable Care Act. So Katie, I hope your refusal to simply fill my meds comes back to bite you on your backside.

The pharmacy manager Katie is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Her lack of customer service skills is very apparent. She refused to answer simple questions or help give clear and concise information. She really seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do her job kindly. She also refused to provide her managers information when asked and hung up on me twice. I have been filling my prescriptions at the Noland location for at least 10 yrs and have never been treated so poorly.

Completely under staffed, I sat at the pharmacy window for 20 minutes before I started to honk, then the lady finally said she was on the line with another customer and could help me in a minute.. This isn’t a big deal but give me the common courtesy of some acknowledgment when I first arrive instead she was literally avoiding the whole area until I started honking. This is maybe my third time at this location and every time the customer service is trash maybe even nonexistent so I am now leaving a review and I recommend everyone go across the street to Walgreens.

Recently started having problems with prescriptions! SOMEONE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! They do not fill prescriptions according to how they are written and prescribed by the Dr & we have come up short on certain ones! THEY SEEM TO THINK ITS JUST OK TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE WAY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE WRITTEN, THEN ACT LIKE THEY OWE YOU NO EXPLANATION FOR IT! They actually lowered the quantity of one of my husbands regular scripts because they said they didnt have that many on hand to fill it that day, so instead of notifying him, they took it upon themselves to just fill it with the amount they did have. It was take them then or do without them until the pharmacist who approved the quantity change came back the following Monday! What really ticked us off was the NEXT MONTH they did the same thing because whoever had went in on their system and changed the quantity from then on! So we found ourselves standing there argueing over the quantity the prescription was wrote for! My husband had been taking it for 2 years, WE SHOULD KNOW THE AMOUNT HE WAS TAKING MONTHLY! But every one of them kept trying to tell us his script was written for the amount they had CHANGED it to in their system!! I threatened to call the DEA and THEY FIGURED IT OUT REAL QUICK!!! When they did, I could not believe the nerve they had, to make permanent changes and over write a physicians script to satisfy whatever reason they felt they had! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THATS EVEN LEGAL!! Pharmacys everywhere could pull that crap & actually be stealing peoples meds! As long as there is never more dispensed than what a Dr prescribes, while they are shorting the customer, the law probably knows no difference, while someone there is STEALING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO! That is the conclusion I arrived at anyways....WHEN IT KEEPS HAPPENING HERE AND THERE OVER TIME!! There is NEVER ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR THE LINE OF CRAP THEY TRY TO FEED YOU AS THEY PASS THE BUCK ON WHAT HAPPENED!! WALGREENS WITH THEIR NASTY ATTITUDES IS LOOKING BETTER ALL THE TIME TO ME!!!! AT LEAST WE GOT THE AMOUNT OF A FULL PRESCRIPTIONS THERE!!!

This is my go to pharmacy, started here even when I didn't live here because it's 24 hrs and could go after work. I've never had a problem here, friendly workers and I believe pharmacy oves as fast as they can.

The store sits right across the street from Walgreens. It's not as busy, but he does not have as much stuff either. I would love to see it have more choices

Went here this morning with Poodle, because he wasn't feeling well. I took him to the Minute Clinic. Sign in was easy; all questions were on a touch screen computer. They also have it to where you can sign in ahead online. Poodle thought he had the flu, so he needed to be seen. We didn't wait very long to be called in. The nurse went over his symptoms. She also thought he had the flu and she gave him a five minute flu test. He tested positive for Influenza B. She prescribed him Tamiflu and an anti nausea to combat Tamiflu side effects. **Note that if you think you are contagious or coughing you are required to grab a mask from the kiosk after signing in!!!

12/16/16 5:15 pm: Waiting in line at the drive through. One customer was allowed to sit at the window for 30 minutes. The line did not move for half an hour and everyone in the long line had to wait. My suggestion? If a customer's business is going to take more than a few minutes, please have them come inside the store to work out whatever the problem is.

Something is up with this CVS lately. High turnover, low staffed, long lines, always new people to deal with. Also, I put in a request for a refill Saturday. They told me there was no standing refill, they'd have to contact my dr. And gave me 2 bp pills til Monday. Went back Monday. No word from dr. Called Tuesday night and this angry pharmacist with a Nigerian accent told me they'd faxed my dr. 4 times, were putting a note on my acct, weren't giving me any more bp pills to hold me over, and it was up to me to contact my dr. Called my dr. Wednesday. No fax ever received from CVS. Called CVS, told them to send the fax for real this time. Prescription was filled 30 minutes later. Who has time for this level of aggravation? I'm putting a note on YOUR account, CVS!! So there!
