Told us to bring our car in @10 am we did. Called us and said what was wrong gave us a price and a date to get it picked up and it was given back as scheduled and running like a champ! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

David provides impeccable customer service. He and his mechanic's are top notch, they are knowledgeable professionals. My daughter was referred to David when we 1st moved to KCMO by a Walmart cashier that stressed that he has fair pricing, and is trustworthy. David is now my family's go to mechanic, and assessor of any car problems. In addition, my twins friend's have also become customer's of D & D Auto Service.

I had issues with my brakes really spongy, took it to Dave's, didn't fix anything, and said I dont know. Charge me $150, and I had to fix it myself.

Downright trash. They are not respectful to you or your vehicles, do not hold their word regardless of what agreements you make. They are a very shady business & I would never recommend, please find somewhere else to take your vehicles to get worked on. Took my truck to them & they dismembered it as well as stole any valuables I had inside of it. Disrespectful & have 0 disregard for you or your vehicle. Gave me my truck back with my transmission halfway taken apart & parts are nowhere to be seen.Service: Transmission
