So I enjoy going here the girls are such a joy to be around and they always have such positive attitudes! However my rating is on a totally different matter and that is solely based on a question I asked and the employees refusing to answer a simple question! I think it asinine to be so petite over questions about cigarette prices! Because people want to call and get the cheapest place, instead of driving everywhere to find out!! Therefore your place just lost business but guess you get some much business you can afford to lose a customer or two over nonsense!!

I'd give it 5 stars just for Kim and Jennifer. They both take excellent care of their customers and the store. I can only give it 3 stars, however, because the owner is a rude and impatient person who doesn't listen to what people are asking for and then gets angry when asked to get the correct item. I definitely try to avoid the place when that awful man is there.

I bought cigarettes from this store per pack for years never once had a problem. Figured I'd buy a carton to save money and they sold me an old stale carton. Tried to exchange it the same day after noticing the first pack I tried to smoke was stale. Squeezed all the packs and you could hear them crunch and when I went up there they refused to exchange it. Even though every pack was unopened and the one I opened was only missing one cigarette. I even asked if I could get 8 or 9 packs and they could have that carton back. They refused.told me it was illegal. I've spent thousands at this place. I will never go back. I suggest going to Casey's they offer the same discount with your phone number as these people do. Not to mention I've been double charged at least two times that I've caught through my bank. I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option. Rude ignorant owner with low life independence white trash employees.

Good prices mean nothing if they're unwilling to replace faulty products.
I had bought 2 vapes I tested in store, one was auto-firing which means there is faulty components in the vape. This is a waste of juice and dangerous. I would suck on the end then hold the vape up to my ear and listened to a long hissing noise that didn't stop for a good 12-20 seconds. I tested it a few times and the problem persisted.
When I told the owner this, he said something about it not being damaged and being unable to replace it since it wasn't in his eyes damaged and was not willing to work with me. After I did not budge on the fact the vape was clearly damaged he gave me a second vape begrudgingly, saying if this one was having the same issue he would not replace it. It had the same issue. I will not be returning. He was very rude when I gave him no reason to be.
I buy new vapes (from a few other vape shops and only 3 times here) every other week and have been for a few YEARS now, I know this shouldn't be a common issue (2 in a row??). I've also NEVER had a problem with replacing auto-firing vapes at *any* other vape shop...Always test before you leave and generally (most) places are happy to replace dangerous faulty purchases.

They have the best prices than anywhere my husband and I go to get our cigarettes. Plus they just remodeled the inside of their store it looks great you should stop by and get the best price for your cigarettes and check out what a great job they have done on the inside or looks great and oh the paint job on the outside looks good too. ?

I live close so it's convenient though the vapes are about a dollar more than the places on my other reviews. But if you need nicotine they got you.
