I am giving a 10 star rating with the staff here Chris and Chloe and Sydney all have amazing attitudes and are very friendly, making our visit here one to remember and they all have outstanding customer Service. I was sure to let the owner know how lucky he is to have such a great staff. thanks Crystal aka Chris and Chloe I will be back.

The regional manager and office manager are NOT mentally stable enough to run this business. On any given day you can enjoy watching their marital issues unfold in front of their customers. (Full blown temper tantrums!) Nothing takes priority over their personal drama. They're verbally abusive to their customers and employees. A huge embarrassment for the community!

This is a one star for GOOGLE more than the DMV...WHY does Google have the WRONG HOURS and won't correct them!?! There's photographic evidence they close at 5! The woman at the DMV said they refuse correct them...I guess Google likes to sadistically waste hours of people's time for no reason at all!?! There's NO EXCUSE!!!

They do not answer the phone , and you wait forever most times to get told you need new mail or whatever . Need to replace some people there

With the new management taking over the license bureau times have been significantly less and the customer service has been superb. The new location has plenty of parking and is very accessible.

Previous management: Extremely rude employees do not go to this place. Hate that these reviews are showing up for the new location/management.Since the move and new management...willing to give them a try.
