The quiet kid and the extremely welcoming manager (I’m assuming cuz he seems to know what he’s doing) need a raise ASAP, these guys are always on top of their game and so nice, the store is constantly presentable and I can always find what I’m looking for, and if I can’t it’s my own fault. Thank you guys!

The guy behind the counter during my interaction today on 8/31 at 3:20pm was fantastic. The coworker on the other hand in the red shirt was not. The lady behind me voiced her concern about the line being long and one register being open. The line was all the way down the isle so it was understandable. Instead of explaining that cooperate shut down the register per their new standards. She just said "Yeah. I know." Then started slamming the hangers she was handling on the floor. She then turned to her coworker that was working extremely hard with a GREAT attitude and said "Hey. Just so you know the line is really long." With the most attitude she could. He said VERY kindly back "Yeah it's going to be like this for the rest of the night. Better make the most out of it!" With a smile on his face. She then continued to get more violent with the hangers. All because the woman behind me kindly voiced her concern. You need to promote this guy and get rid of the other girl! She does not make guests feel welcome AT ALL when you're there.

Waited 15 minutes to be checked out and the only cashier is in the back of the store. An hour to closing leaving the front of the store unoccupied. Where's the common sense? You must like theft.

Have shopped at this Dollar General since it has opened. Now that they no longer have a public restroom, I will not/cannot go back. It was always kept locked and you had to be let in. If you have a theft problem, I’m not sure how a locked restroom could be a problem. Older customers especially need a restroom, but that must not be who you cater to.

Used to be a great store. That was well stocked with friendly employees. Recently this store had gone down hill. The shelves are very unorganized and employees are not friendly anymore. There can be two workers in the store, and they will still force you to do self check out only while a line of people pile up at the front. The entryway has also become very cluttered, and smells like cigarette smoke.

They have one elderly lady at the register to check out. She’s really sweet but she can barely see and shes super slow and loves to have 20 minute conversations with every customer. Been in twice and it’s the same thing every time. If you’re in a hurry or have something to do don’t go to this store, you’ll be in there forever.

I love shopping at this store and shop here a lot but I do not agree with their new system at the register!! I was told that I would have to use the self check even though the fellow was standing right there at the register!! He would not check me out unless I was buying cigarettes of which I was not buying! I do NOT use the self check! So I left without my merchandise and I will NOT be back!! Bad idea on Dollar Generals part!! Puts people out of work!! I refuse to be a part of that!!
