In store shopping not bad but the checker tonight after 7pm 2/28/25 messed my coupons up and made me pay full price on an item I should have gotten $3 off of. I will never be shopping here again and will tell all my friends and family and other stores not to shop here either.

They close before the set time in order to do drugs in the parking lot.. it would be great if a general manager got back with me so I can get you the info on the people and the pics as evidence.. maybe independence pd would be more help though

I always come up here this 830 and there closed posting this and they should still be open according to there door that says 9pm and this isn't the first second or third time this has happend If your only going to be open till 830pm then put that on the sign and not have people trying to go there and your not open

None of my coupons were removedfrom the total, and that's the only reason I shop at the store. The woman behind the counter could not tell me why my coupons did not come off even though I had all the correct products. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Don't bother shopping at this store you won't get any help. And they will not honor your coupons even though they're on the Dollar general app. The manager doesn't seem to care about helping customers

So sick of being turned away at the door when its 15 or 20 minutes till 9:00!!!!THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 9;00 OR THEY AREN"T!!!! STOP ADVERTISING ITS OPEN UNTIL 9:00... WHEN YOU ARE CLOSING ANYTIME YOU FEEL LIKE IT AFTER 8:00!!!!SAME LITTLE PEEWEE GUY MEETS YOU AT THE DOOR SAYING "WE ARE CLOSED HUN"SO DANG SICK OF IT!!!I USED TO MANAGE A DOLLAR GENERAL STORE..... AND THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! HEY ARE TURNING AWAY ALIT OF PEOPLE FROM ABOUT 20 TILL 9:00 SAYING THEY JUSY NEED TO GET ONE THING!!!! BUT THERES THAT LITTLE RUNT GUY .... HAS AHOLD OF THE DOOR AND WONT LET YOU IN!!! UMPTEEN TIMES NOW... THIS IS THE LAST TIME FOR ME !!!!THIS WAS WHOEVER WAS CLOSING ON MAY 14TH 2023!!!!!!

I normally don't visit this store a friend wanted to stop buy I brought 2 20ox Pepsi's and they has 2 for $3 but it rang up$2 a piece the young lady proceeded and insist that was the price I had to tell her to come from around the counter and look finally another employee told her it comes off at the end how can you work there and not know this info ijs.
