Camron, was the best, you can tell he's a hard worker, and hard work pays, he helped get us into a beautiful big 2021 Nissan armada for the best price in the area, it was a very easy process and everyone was friendly and helpful, best car buying experience. Thank you everyone at Enterprise

They will lie to you point blank on the phone just to get you in the door, make you wait for 45 minutes and then deny you..telling you that the person you spoke with must have made “assumptions” about the situation, when you asked them very specific questions. Also would like to note I was probably the only person under 40 that was asked these questions that they claimed where company policy…yet they didn’t ask or verify that information with the 4 people they saw before me.

I had a confirmation email that my car would be ready for pick up at 730am on Thursday. I got a voicemail, after hours, that said there was no availability until Friday morning.When I called at open of business on Thursday to see why my confirmed reservation had been canceled, I was told there was no availability until Saturday.I was very upset, and the manager, Devon (sp?), told me I was having a temper-tantrumEnterprise had been my go-to for car rentals for years. Never. Again.

All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Tiffany was especially helpful getting the car checked out and going over the process of adding another driver during the week Rental. Returning car was easy and when there was a mistake in charges, it was taken care of without any problem.

First they told me we do not call any of our other stores for our customers. Then did not have car ready after we set up later date and time. Vehicle smelled so bad from weed wife and kid's would not ride in it. Left rear tail lamp out. TPMS light came on 2 miles away from the rental store. Have never had such an experience in my life. I work in the automotive industry and have never treated people badly. I have worked a lifetime so people do not feel this way about the automotive industry. They called after returning the car and were very nice. Whish it would have started that way only concerned after the fact.

My experience at enterprise in independence Missouri iwas great. Everyone was politely spoken and made the process really easy. I would deal with them any time and I would recommend that anyone else in a situation where they may need a rental vehicle deal with this company.

My experience at Enterprise was great until I was pressured into applying for a car I made clear I was not ready to purchase. There was no agreeance that I was sold on this car and wanted to move forward with applying. After a test drive with Preston, I told him I didn’t 100% love the car. I was brought inside and asked questions that ended up being the credit application, yet I was never told what we were doing, filling out, or even asked if I wanted to move forward with this. Unacceptable. When I realized the salesman was filling out an application, I told him I wasn’t ready to purchase. His demeanor did a 360 change, he became uptight, questioned why, and when given many reasons, he rebuttled each, asking me if I didn’t have the money and reminding me I was sharing a car with a family member so I’m in need of one. That again, is unacceptable. A customer should never be rushed into a purchase, especially after communicating it. There is a level of respect that needs be maintained, regardless of the need to sell a car. Respect your customers time and wishes and maybe they will return, even if it’s not the same day.
