Fairmount Mobile Home Park is a very nice, quiet, and well-maintained mobile home and RV park. It is described as a peaceful oasis or small oasis in the heart of the city, a really nice park that is very well kept up. The manager or owner is very good about keeping it clean, is very straightforward about rules, and is personable, helpful, and cares a lot about the community. The environment is clean and welcoming with friendly, kind, cordial, and respectful neighbors. It is quiet with established quiet hours, feels very safe and secure, and has paved site pads. The rent is extremely fair and utilities are convenient. It is the best place many have found in the area.
