Went to this Walgreens with the purpose of using FedEx Onsite. We were in need of returning two boxes and the company required the return to be done through FedEx. This location stated, and had a sign, they were unable to accept boxes larger than 55 lbs. neither of our boxes were 55 lbs. The employees stated the boxes were too heavy and not even willing to try and lift the boxes themselves to see if they were heavy. They refused to service us forcing us to drive even further out of our way to a different location. At that location they weighed the boxes at 38 lbs. well under the required weight limit at this location. Lazy employees at Walgreens is making FedEx look bad.
