Every time I come in & get the Irish woman she refuses to actually help at the counter. I came in today, she was dusting & told me to use the self service kiosk. The scanner wasn't working & she was being condescending while attempting to assist at the kiosk. Does she not realize she's making herself obsolete by forcing customers to help themselves!? No other FedEx or UPS store treats customers this way. Any other person I've gotten here has been super helpful.

I was very happy with the customer service I received at the FedEx Office in Independence on Noland Road. I had a special item that needed to be shipped and I had not boxed it. Reba Hodges, the store manager, saw that I was in need of help and jumped into action. She immediately got to work cutting a box to size for my oddly shaped item. She made sure that it was padded well to help prevent potential damage during shipping and taped it up so it wouldn’t come undone during transport. I wasn’t able to access the shipping label from my phone and she was very patient with me while I had my son access it from home and email it over to the store. At the end of the transaction I inadvertently left something on the counter when I left and she promptly called me to tell me I had left it. Kudos to Reba Hodges for her exemplary customer service skills.

My package was stolen. I could not speak to anyone. The track a number that I had received was the wrong tracking number. When I gave my address? My address was not on file but I ha tracking number. From.
The company and where it was delivered which was to fed x fedex stole my package

My wife and I came in to ship a Father's Day card and were assisted by Bailey. Bailey gave excellent customer service with a smile. She informed me of price changes and provided fast and excellent service. Since I used to do that job, I can say, without a doubt, Bailey is excellent! 5/5!!! Move her up in the company! Thank you, Bailey!

They are very helpful at the front desk and helped me get set up on a brand new copier to make mini mini copies much better than any office store would do did I mention brand new cop?

This location needs a lesson in customer service….. when a customer brings in a package in to you, emails you the label to you directly & has your location scan it in front of them….. then promptly loses it, you give them the run around?
Hasn’t got scanned one time since they took possession of it a week ago.
Not one single person here is equipped to handle anything remotely close to a trouble ticket & it’s pretty much a dummy processing center for them to take in packages.
Had me call directly to an automated number that did nothing but waste more of my time & ultimately they had to call the fed ex center themselves just like I told them in the first place?
Dummy that they called was equally as rude & condescending as everyone here so at least they are consistently poor at all areas of customer service…. Not just this pathetic location.
Here is a quick tip….. don’t treat the customer who dropped the package off to you, like the idiot driver who can’t scan a package.

I’ve came like four times & the staff is super super SLOW their can be one person in line and it take a whole hour , seems like they don’t like to move quick especially a lady with PINK or reddish hair she doesn’t even welcome you or let you know to hold on a second or anything , you could be staring right at her and she’s staring in the computer . Horrible service from her end but overall the staff is super slow , I’ve seen people walk out including myself be side they don’t acknowledge the customer . Wont be coming here again .

Jacob is amazing with his customer service and knowledge. A year later he is still at this location and just as kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as he was when I first met him at the store. If you need help with any printing jobs.....go see him at this store!

Drop packages here frequently. Service could be improved in terms of wait times and just general attitude of people that check you out/scan stuff in. Pretty average location.
