Well it's not $5 below any more there prices range from $1 to around $25 /$30. Still not a bad store . They have a lot of different stuff. I'll give them a A+ rating.

I frequently shop at this store since it’s close to me and i’ve never had a problem, however today i decided to stop by and it was by far the worst experience. i first purchased an item for a friend using their card and when i went to pay with cash for mine i put in a 20 and the system didn’t process it. i asked for help and the guy was very nice and said it had been happening all day. He called the manager so i could get my 20 back and immediately the manager was rude. She was blonde and maybe in her 30’s. I apologized for the inconvenience and got no response as she called support on her phone. not only that but she did not give me my 20 back, she gave me 7 and then had me re ring up my purchase and pay with card. she also asked to check my other bag which i let her do but it was very off putting to me. i get that with the holidays there are lots of scammers but she was incredibly rude and basically made me pay twice despite there obviously being problems with the system. mind you i had to wait 20 minutes while she was on the phone.

While messy the store was overall stocked. The manager at the time I went in was a nice dude who looked very overworked, but was VERY helpful. He knew where several items where and explained that corporate was forcing them to put out Halloween over anything else so that's why the one or two things I was trying to find whren't out (which i work retail i know that sucks!)

This is the first and last time I’ll place an online order to pick up. I didn’t get no confirmation email that I ordered. When the order was placed it said will be ready in 3 hours. I waited 4 1/2 hours only to go up there and my order wasn’t ready. After watching the manager walk around the store for 20 minutes looking for my TWO items she told me that they didn’t have it. Only for me to walk around the corner and find one of the items. After that it became apparent to me that she didn’t want to mess with me or my order. Overall, it was terrible customer service and I was made to feel like an inconvenience for placing an online order.

$5 for a tiny notebook seems excessive. Especially when they had to go find a "similar" notebook 3 times the size of what I got because I quote "couldn't find it".

Only issue would be the lack of lanes, but I understand it more when people keep trying to steal or trick the scanners when associates are busy or being distracted

It's a fun store to visit and see things you don't need, but buy because they are 5 dollars. Lol
I love this store. I don't allow myself to spend too long in here. I might find something I want. This is like the front of the store when I was a kid. The stuff you looked at right before you left and battled your parents for something. The impulse buying area.
