Bought damaged clothes tried to return them and was told no then the manager comes from the back looking high & only thing he told me to do was cut off the hang pieces or burn it off. Over 50$ Nike pants I had for one day bro do your job or quit. No wonder no one goes to that ghetto place anymore.

Drove from over an hour and half to get there and find out that they were closed due to employees sudden sickness...could've have at least informed the public that y'all were temporarily closed.

No one answers the phone at the Independence, MO location. I placed an order several days ago at this location for pick up. I never received a "pick up/order ready" email. I tried calling the store several times. No one answered. It rings once and then immediately hangs up. I tried using the online chat. It makes you jump through hoops to talk to a human. I called customer service. Waited 12 minutes to talk to someone. She said that someone pressed a button too many times, and put the order as already picked up. 🙄 That person or someone else should've fixed that problem or reached out and told me that my order was ready for pick up. You guys aren't doing it right. You won't be getting anymore of my business.

Id give them zero stars if I could on here. The girls have really bad attitudes and the manager. They have really poor customer service and say really provocative words. I would never shop at this place again!!!!

They had like 6 people working, no one offered to help. I asked to try on shoes and they never came from the back with a pair to try on. So I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. It smelled like weed in the back, so maybe that's what all the employees were doing in the back room.

My family and I are in here trying to find shoes, of course. We don't appreciate store associates that barely talk, have a hard time leaving their phone, seem uninterested, don't have a foot sizer, don't seem to know anything about what they sell. The entire staff seemed very quiet. Funeral quiet.
