the girl Zoie who helped me with my order was so incredibly tudo and was giving me an atitude, I felt really uncomfortable at this store. worst experience ever at a Home Depto. 0 stars.

I was helped at the paint desk by a girl named Londyn. She was so incredibly rude and condescending. She made me put my paint back and go to lowes. I know we have. A problem with customer service in our world lately but this was hands down one of my worst experiences.

Bought a refrigerator on Dec. 1, 2020. Great buy, side by side bottom freezer. We loved it. Delivered with minor dent they were supposed to give us $200 credit for but never saw it and lost delivery copy so our problem anyway. Four and an half months later on Mother's Day, May 9, both the refrigerator and freezer had stopped working. The lights were on so it was properly plugged in. When we called Samsung for repairs, they said Thursday 13 between 12 and 4. No one came. Meanwhile our groceries are farmed out to friends and relatives. On inquiry they claimed that there was no work order on file and we had not been given a claim number. Samsung finally came today, May 19 and we had to pay $20 for a tiny part not included in our warranty. It also has to be back ordered and won't be in for another week. This will make 17 days without our nearly new refrigerator. The $20 is a nominal amount to pay but it is adding insult to injury that we are to be so inconvenienced. Won't buy from Home Depot again or buy Samsung.

This location continues to go downhill. Ordered (and paid for) same day delivery on Sunday 05/02. All day long on 05/02 the on-line tracker said 'order received'. No notices about delays, out of stock, etc. Just no communication whatsoever.05/03 came and the on-line tracker still said 'order received'. No communication saying a delay - in fact no communication at all. None.I called the 800 number about 2 pm 0n 03/05, went through all the menus and waited on hold for about 15 minutes then the line went dead. Repeated several times with a slightly different 800 number (all from their website) and each time after a significant hold the line went dead. Finally called the local number and it rang for about 30 or so rings when I finally got an answer. I gave them the order number and they said delivery was attempted at 10:30 am on 05/02. First, the delivery was not attempted. Not only was I there all day long, my video security system proves that no one came anywhere near the front door at time stated. Second this was not an order that required a signature. No need to "attempt" - just drop it on the porch and go.Maybe they are all like this. I don't know. I do know this one is very poorly run.

Bought a trashcan, and went to store and found out have to order the liners on line was disappointed love the trashcan
