This store is amazing!!! So much neater than other H&M’s in the area. The manager Ximena was super helpful and helped me hand pick 3 full outfits for my upcoming trip. Definitely recommend this store!!!

Came in to just buy a shirt, management was rude, didn’t even end up buying the shirt after going back and forth with this cashier lady and the management. Disgusting excuse of a staff working here.

Disgustingly rude staff. The treatment I was given was not deserving in the slightest. As a customer you expect to shop somewhere and feel welcome. Not at all the feeling I got… the staff like to argue with you. Would NOT go back here

I called this location to see if they had an iteam and JACOB who I found to be a MANAGER!! Responded In a VERY disrespectful way.. not my fault you had a bad day, your are working in retail..if you’re mad maybe have someone else pick up the phone. I asked a simple question and he responded with “well what do you think”..so unnecessary, I rather you answer my question and be disrespectful and have the convo be over

The place has terrible costumer service, i asked a guy name Jacob at the men's section for the price of an item and he responded in a very disrespecful way, if you cant answer costumers questions, why working at a retail store, not my problem you had a bad Christmas or are having a bad dayLearn to respect your costumers
