DON'T STEP FOOT IN THE INDEPENDENCE, MO LOCATION!
I have had multiple pictures custom framed at Hobby Lobby. I took an old one up because I'd like to have another one done to match it. They can't pull up any details on my other because it was done too long ago. Long story short, the Independence location didn't want to go the extra mile to help me match as best as i could. It was 20 minutes until close and they didn't want to stay a second longer. The guy told me my best bet is to do nothing and take it back to Blue Springs tomorrow. Awesome customer service (insert sarcasm here). Do yourself a favor and go to Lee's Summit or Blue Springs and skip Independence.

This location is very large and clean and has tons of clearance items scattered throughout the store. And it is in a gorgeous area!

Will never return to this Hobby Lobby again. I have been followed around like I was stealing things, seriously 3 or 4 different departments, not trying to be sneaky at all. When I asked why I was being followed, I was told it was her "job."
Yesterday items were left outta my bag, and the manager Katherine has made it a huge pain in the butt to get my items. She would not take any receipt info over the phone. I was made to come in & wait on her and wait for her to review videos of the transaction.. I am still waiting . This isn't how customers should be treated. I then was told to go get my items.. What a joke of customer sservice.
Long story short, if you're an honest person that doesn't enjoy being treated like a thief, find a different HL to shop at.
