went to this place to pick up supplies like I always do as I am a contractor. took a while to find someone to help me get the product I needed. but had some asshole get in to my car and steal a phone out. went to manager on duty and they say nothing they can do. call police have them come back and ask for video. guess I'm lucky I didn't have tools in the back of my truck this time. by the way I was setting one line over from camera and away from most car since I had a trailer attack.

bought an over the range microwave....$200 $40 delivery fee,,,CANT pick up in store if having it installed installed $165.. ..17 min from pull up to pull out...2 guys 165 x 4 = $660 p/hr.....I was RAPED !!!!!! ill never patronize them again...thats non existence service !!!!!!!!!!

I like how when you were looking around and shopping, you weren't harassed by workers asking you if you were finding everything okay. Sometimes you just want to browse, you know? However, if you did need assistance, it was easy to find a friendly, knowledgeable worker to assist you with finding something in particular. The store isn't overly crowded, and is setup just like any other location.

I get trying to avoid shoplifters, but you place all the goodies by the front. Kinda rude to be looking at stuff to buy and have someone follow you around. Especially in a group of two then have the other guy ask you if you need help right after the first guy did. But it's all good we ordered the Milwaukee pack out back pack online for a cheaper price. And it makes me wonder why I shop here after home Depot allowed my card to get hacked through the systems 10 years ago. Not one were sorry for the inconvenience.. watch out for these big companies. They don't care about ya.

The absolute worst! Ordered tile Saturday early afternoon and had it shipped to the store for a Monday pickup date! It’s Thursday and still isn’t here! Customer service is uninformed and rude! They still can’t tell me when it will arrive! Wish I could give them 0 stars

Went to buy a washer, and the selection on site is LG LG LG a few Samsung, and one Maytag. I opened the lid to one it looked like someone used it and returned it I went to close the lid and it was black where you touch it to close the lid... and didn't look like dirt ?
