Half the the order was lost by FedEx and Home Depot refused to do anything. Opened a case and was told 24hrs for a response. Then next time was told 72 and again later told at least 96 hours for a response. Nobody seemed to care and now I have ordered from a competitor, they tell me I have to wait for FedEx to find the package and return it to the store for a refund. Nobody wants to step up and everyone has a different story. I’m done with Home Depot forever

They lead me to the location of the clitoris. Good staff. Very helpful. Was able to find the clitoris fairly quick due to everyone's help. Will definitely return.

Bought a refrigerator on Dec. 1, 2020. Great buy, side by side bottom freezer. We loved it. Delivered with minor dent they were supposed to give us $200 credit for but never saw it and lost delivery copy so our problem anyway. Four and an half months later on Mother's Day, May 9, both the refrigerator and freezer had stopped working. The lights were on so it was properly plugged in. When we called Samsung for repairs, they said Thursday 13 between 12 and 4. No one came. Meanwhile our groceries are farmed out to friends and relatives. On inquiry they claimed that there was no work order on file and we had not been given a claim number. Samsung finally came today, May 19 and we had to pay $20 for a tiny part not included in our warranty. It also has to be back ordered and won't be in for another week. This will make 17 days without our nearly new refrigerator. The $20 is a nominal amount to pay but it is adding insult to injury that we are to be so inconvenienced. Won't buy from Home Depot again or buy Samsung.

This location continues to go downhill. Ordered (and paid for) same day delivery on Sunday 05/02. All day long on 05/02 the on-line tracker said 'order received'. No notices about delays, out of stock, etc. Just no communication whatsoever.05/03 came and the on-line tracker still said 'order received'. No communication saying a delay - in fact no communication at all. None.I called the 800 number about 2 pm 0n 03/05, went through all the menus and waited on hold for about 15 minutes then the line went dead. Repeated several times with a slightly different 800 number (all from their website) and each time after a significant hold the line went dead. Finally called the local number and it rang for about 30 or so rings when I finally got an answer. I gave them the order number and they said delivery was attempted at 10:30 am on 05/02. First, the delivery was not attempted. Not only was I there all day long, my video security system proves that no one came anywhere near the front door at time stated. Second this was not an order that required a signature. No need to "attempt" - just drop it on the porch and go.Maybe they are all like this. I don't know. I do know this one is very poorly run.

It's ok at best. Nothing to brag about. It's just a repair store. No help, no customer service, nothing. Hire some people who actually want to work.

Auto response phone rang for a long time in minutes and no pick up. Called to find out why a local delivery for $46 worth of merchandise costs $79 dollars the other reason wouldn't recommend.

No help whatsoever. Waited in plumbing for 25 minutes. No one came to help. Called the store to ask for someone. No help there. Walked by employees asking for plumbing help. Nope nothing. I’ll drive 20 minutes to Lee’s summit.

ordered a srecipaking saw spent 210 bucks and some change delivered to the wrong person. spent 3 hours on phone. i guess i am out the bill and no dewault tool that was delivered to the wrong person thanks home depo for nothing but a bill.

Horrible they keep canceling my drywall order . Theyre obviously not professional I needed this for a job days ago and I keep placing it and paying $80 of express shipping and still can't handle it . They better make this up before they lose a good client

I wish I went in to purchase a bunch of lumber to build a 10 x 12 deck 4 ft high off the ground with a walkway 20 ft long 5 ft wide 4 foot off the ground to an existing deck well I was loading up the lumber one of the employees in the department for treated lumber stood and watched me load my cart didn't bother to help me or even asked if I needed help until the last two boards that I purchased. Then after checkout no one asked me if I needed help loading up and there was another gentleman waiting outside that had just purchased 30 bags of cement that had been requesting someone to help him load because he couldn't do it by himself. While I was loading up, a young kid came outside that works in the pro department area I assume, helped him load two bags of cement and then went back inside. Now when somebody comes in and makes a huge purchase like we did you would think that there would be employees or staff willing to help you but in this case no one did.
