You guys need to fix the pharmacy part of your app. It only showed 1 of my 5 prescriptions I get filled there. Also, it won't let me schedule a vaccine. To top it off, I've called 5 times in the last 2 days and waited for someone to answer the phone and they didn't. Finally the automated voice told me they were busy doing other things but like I said I called them 5 times. Super frustrating especially the part about the app. This store is just not run very well in general.

This pharmacy won't take GoodRx for certain medications but don't expect this to be listed anywhere at the pharmacy. If you order an Rx from this pharmacy don't expect them to contact you if there are delays or they have to work with your insurance or doctor's office. My Rx just disappears from the pending list in the app and it's like it doesn't exist. No contact from the pharmacy on delays or Rx issues - they just won't fill it and no notes in the app indicating the reason.

Horrible customer service! I bought some groceries and a bottle of wine. I gave the woman working the checkout my ID and she refused to take it. She checked with the manager who didn't even look at my ID and shook his head and walked away. I went to customer service and tried to figure out what the issue was and the lady just held up my ID to the same manager who was behind me. Same thing, he just shook his head no and didn't say anything. I asked if there was a manager I can speak to and he finally came over and said "We've had a lot of issues with fake IDs and we can't accept yours." He and I went back and forth for about 10 minutes before he rolled his eyes and said "fine." When he rang up the wind and scanned my ID he said "Oh, wow, that actually worked." That was in late 2022. I left and haven't been back since.The gas station is okay though, and they have great coffee.

I purchased a dozen Red Roses for Valentines Day and what they delivered were not Red… instead they were a Orange Coral. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for flowers unless you want the left overs. I ordered these last week in plenty of time and what she got was ORANGE ROSES?!? WTH….

You can try not selling four packs for considerably higher than four individual cans of the same product. Why would I pay two dollars more for a shrink wrap?

Said they will train you with a manager i was in training with managment present less than 10 minutes or less .When you started your shift. Literally with the dress code and low pay and more such as driving to and from. The job cost me more than it was worth. They have some employee's that will throw you under the bus as one of there own managers put it too me.

We visited three different stores between yesterday and today and this Hyvee was the ONLY one with the PRETTIEST PERFECT ROSEBUDS AND BABY BREATH bouquets EVER! My bf was able to make my Valentine's Day early!

Give mirage a raise! I struggled getting my meds with Walgreens and then had a little trouble here. Mirage went above and beyond and actually cared. He made sure I got my meds before I leave for a wedding. This place blows Walgreens out of the water.

Everything was wonderful except the wait. Had been seen at the UHC Walk-in clinic. Was waiting in chair in front of Pharmacy for scripts. After about 30 minutes I walked up to window and inquired, as the Tech pulled the scripts from the rack and was handing them to me when my phone rang telling me they were ready to pick up. Be aware of who is waiting(I was the only one in area and I had been introduced to Archie by the clinician)

This Hyvee is awful. They're constantly out of stock of items and take forever to restock because their employees just stand around talking. They never have more than one actual register open and if you get stuck in self checkout and need assistance, good luck. They'll all look over at you but not help unless you ask them even though your light is very clearly red. We did their drive up for groceries yesterday and after they delayed my pickup time by an hour and a half(!) they took over ten minutes to approach my car and ask for the name and then I got home and realized they left out 5 items that I was still charged for and now no one will answer their phone. I'd rather drive out of my way to a different store than the 5 minutes this one is away from my house because of the experiences I've had here.

Years ago tried other pharmacies. But I got tired of hassles getting my meds filled correctly. I finally came back to 23rd street Hyvee because they go above and beyond to take care of me. They actually listen to me if there's ever an issue. I will not go anywhere else, if I don't have to. I'm grateful they will deliver if I can't get out to pick them up. Thank you, 23rd street Hyvee!

Have always used this store. The last several months, I've noticed attention is lacking in produce department. No longer can you depend on picking up house iceberg lettuce mix. It's always gone by dinner time. Produce overall doesn't seem the superior quality it once was. Maybe I should try another location.

My favorite place to shop! Your food is fresh, and they have the best meats and seafood in town. The staff is also extremely helpful.
