typical grocery store. I am not familiar with this grocery chain. I went in for 3 items. Saving cream and Pepsi. I found them quickly which is always good.

Ordered a cake, and there was a technical problem and so my end gave me a different cake than the baker side. The bakery manager was rude. She cussed me out, called me names and told me she hopes I treat my kids better. All over a technical error. I was more than disappointed by the manager. I finally got a new correct cake and I spoke with the store manager who gave me a refund due to the interaction. Which I’m thankful for. But this should have never happened in the first place. I’m hoping hyvee takes the proper steps to make sure no one else experiences this manager in the same way I did. I understand technology errors happen, but this manager acted as if there’s no way that there was a technology error and I had to have messed up.

I am a principal for the Kansas City school district. The HyVee team provided breakfast for our week long conference. The food was great and the service was superb! The team was extremely professional, polite and attentive to the needs of over 200 staff members. I highly recommend for a conference or any other event. Thank you

The Independence HyVee catered my Retirement dinner party. The food was superb and the catering manager Murray Brookman was absolutely fantastic. Murray was professional and outgoing from day one. He guided me through the process and made my planning flow with ease. Murray knows the catering business and his staff were phenomenal during the dinner party. I HIGHLY recommend Murray Brookman and his staff to do your event you will not be disappointed. Independence HyVee has the BEST OF THE BEST with Mr. Murray Brookman and his catering team. Thank you sooo much Murray for making my retirement party the talk of KC the food and the service was FABULOUS and I really appreciate you. ? I can’t wait to use you and HyVee for my next event. You definitely are the Best

Cashier to manager did not know how to properly run mom uhc card. They were over charging her. Manager wanted to ring in one to 2 items at a time to get it work. Say her card would pay for something but they didn't know what. Drove from this location to belton card work at belton location just fine and paid for everything it was supposed to. Don't go to this location if you using your uhc over counter healthy foods cards for seniors. They are running some scam at this location They want money out of pocket for things that were covered under card.

No checkers or sackers. Nobody wants to use the self check out when you have a cart full. Hire some damn help !!!
