I’ve been coming here for more than 20 years and the service and expertise is unmatched. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called with a quick question or dropped by the store to troubleshoot an issue. I have never been disappointed. Scott, Jeff, Isaac, Chris, Anthony…everyone. They are all the best. Don’t go anywhere else.

High-end Audio for home or car plus other services. Purchased a stereo and speakers for son's car. Installers did amazing job and the sound is incredible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC customer service.My whole family has been going to Independence Audio-Video for all of our home and car AV needs since the early 90s.I told Jeff what I was looking for - quality neutral speakers that wouldn't take up much space, and wouldn't have porting issues if placed too close to a wall. I wanted to make sure they would work with my existing 6-8 ohm amplifier, and get a small powered sub to match, all on a moderate budget.He had a recommendation that fit my needs right away, and had me listen to an entry level 5.1 Paradigm set in one of their many demo suites. I was blown away by the clarity and quality of my favorite tracks, despite the compactness of the speakers. They provided good quality speaker wire, a sub cable, and easily answered every question I had about how best to set things up.I just finished tweaking the setup earlier today, and I couldn't be happier!

Five stars in every category! Very clean and professional. I came in looking for a car stereo. They had the exact model I was looking for. It's been sometime since visiting and they have a new location and building. They are pleasant and helpful. I purchased the harley-davidson rockford fosgate 6.5 on sale at 40% off and are night and day better than the 5¼ Polk marine I installed several years ago.

This place came highly recommended from everybody. I spoke to., And I was not disappointed. I appreciate the salesmanship the respect and I’m happy with my purchase., I a w6 after My sub that I purchased from another shop, which was a type R actually I had already Had to warranty once. Melted on the way back from LA. In comparison and quality, the two speakers are not even in the same class. The man who told me the speaker Didn’t just leave it at that because I mean it was just plug-in And play because my system is already hooked up . I Just had to connect the plugs. He helped me tune my amp to the and made that extra effort that I truly appreciate. To me five stars isn’t enough. Most brick and mortar stores are dead. All they have to offer is the labor of installation. But I believe a store like this that takes pride in The whole process will withstand the test of time. And as a Arab, we are not cheap people we will spend But if you know anything about our culture, we just wanna deal. I will never pay MSRP. In the price he gave me is only one of the reason that will come back. I recommend the store to any And everybody they are knowledgeable. These are professionals! They will break it down, so you understand So if you’re just beginning and don’t know a damn thing about audio Or you’re looking for some high-end equipment Has it all? I appreciate the cleanliness and the atmosphere.Thank you And peace.

Put an in dash stereo bluetooth device in my truck. Scheduled it a week in advance. I prepaid any adapters and half on the work. Called me the day of the appointment and actually moved me up four hours. They were done in under an hour. It looks great, sounds great and now I'm hands free with my phone. Justin was the main person I dealt with, but the entire staff was fantastic and will get my business again. I highly recommend them.

Not very clear on installation pricing, and installation was supposed to make everything work, but it didn't. The call button on the steering wheel doesn't work, and they said everything would work as it did before. The factory microphone was way better than the new one. I can barely hear my dad on the phone now. It's disappointing.

Independence has done several jobs for me over the years. I have always been more than pleased. They are creative problem solvers. Janet in the office is very professional and always understands my issues. And Shawn in the field is fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable and no problem he can’t figure out. I had used others but I am so grateful I found them. Highly recommend them.
