The supervisor of this place is absolutely amazing at here job and is very helpful. By far this is the only place I'd use for a storage place for my things.

Rented here for about 2 months. The unit was the best size for what we needed and the rental and cancellation were smooth transactions. Highly recommend.

I have been trying to pay my bill or find out if I can pay online since 7/1/2023. I was told the office was closed and promptly hung up on the one and only time I reached someone. I believe it was the manager Tiffany, since she is the only female I know who works on site. At first I believed that this was a blessing from the hevens, but after only a few short weeks it has turned into a nightmare. I sincerely hope and pray my belongings will be safe and not taken since I have tried numerous times to pay my bill and either the office is closed or she's not available. If the owner would contact me regarding a couple of more privateissues, it would be greatly appreciated. This concerns the more than unprofessional conduct I have observed from the staff. I am not attempting to do anything more than pay for what's owed and get my belongings out of that facility. If this were my business I believe I would do some investigating of my own. It won't be long until your business gets sued for something that could've been easily avoided.Now that my fiancé and I have shared our reviews, the manager Tiffany is telling us to take our reviews down or she will share the personal messages between her and my fiancé. Another added reason not to use this facility, in my opinion if the manager can't keep to herself and tries to seduce other people's mates, what else is she capable of???

Our camper was stolen from this storage facility. We were informed our plates were found on a stolen car by the police. We contacted the facility to check on our camper. The manager assured us our camper was not stolen, still in the storage facility with no damage to it. 2 weeks later we find out this information was incorrect. Our camper was in fact stolen. The manager did not check our assigned parking spot. Just seen a same brand camper completely on the other side of where our parking spot is. When asked to check the security cameras- we were informed they can only go 2 weeks back. Conveniently that is when we were informed of the stolen plates.

When one buys the unit, they put a small description, not falsehood, of what is there and take the real photos, and as far as I know we did not receive keys or locks, which makes me think that drones are more than a person robbing a bank, the money is for ensure that they clean the place of the pile of garbage that we throw away, thief, I don't work for you

I have had two storage units and three parking spots for almost a year now and have never had anything or hear that anything has come up missing. Excellent staff she always has a pretty smile.

My daughter moved to Texas leaving me not knowing what she really owed on her storage. Tiffany Nix helped me with great care. I was overwhelmed and crying so hard. After getting everything situated out. She saw how destroyed I was she came around and gave me a hug she said every body needs a hug some time. And I sertinly I needed it. I leftout feeling so much better because she understood what I was going through. This is a great storage to use . They are there for you and heart-felt kind.

This is THE MOST SECURE storage facility around this area not to mention Tiffany will go above and beyond any expectations to make sure ALL of your needs are met! I personally, owner of city moves moving and storage have been treated first class every step. And she doesn't play favorites so you will be too! Thanks guys
