They seem to be really decent people, got me in last minute for my brakes, worked with me on scheduling, payment, etc. they were very thorough, helpful, and kept a very open line of communication throughout the entire thing, I’ll come back for anything else I need.

They were a little delayed today due to a snow storm, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed honest about recommended repairs, even showing the air filters to me in the lobby.

No issues, but I spent well over an hour there and only got an oil change. I drove right in, but I don't think they can continue to say 15 min oil changes when it's really 5 times that...

55 minutes to do a basic oil change!! The worst jiffy lube experience I've ever had. They opened at 8:00 a.m. on a Thursday and I didn't get out of there till 9:00 a.m. I was the only truck in the shop. There were two men and one woman working. The woman was friendly, but very knowledgeable. She didn't have a clue about the oil. She kept having to ask the other two guys question after question. Maybe she was new. Not sure. However, the other two guys argued and yelled at each other constantly cursing. Very unprofessional. One of the guys went on and on about his family problems. This was a terrible experience. My worst at jiffy lube ever. And then I paid with to 100-dollar bills. My total was $105. They gave me $95 back and singles! She said that they didn't have time to go to the bank. I mean, come on guys. SO unprofessional.

Absolute worst service I have ever received from a Jiffy Lube.

Will Never get my business again. DAVID was rude and unprofessional with myself and two other guests. My wife answered questions he was asking about her vehicle and he ignored her. It is her vehicle which she takes for routine maintenance. He didn't seem thrilled when we denied extra services. Then when asked at check out of he had taken into account the $10 off on our sticker from the previous oil change he said he didn't see it so my wife went to get the sticker showed it to him and he acted like he had never seen one like that before.
Check engine light came n once I started it. Took it to Autozone to have the code read. the code was for a mass air flow sensor. Open the hood and it was left unplugged. Who knows what they would have charged to plug that back in. Would leave zero stars if that was possible, as 1 star indicates they did something well.
UPDATE: Was contacted by Jiffy Lube to make things right. I am pleased with their efforts to rectify the situation, and Vinny was easy to work with.

My experience this past Saturday was top notch. I was there to get an oil change. Andrew and Luis was friendly and knowledgeable with my car care. They both explained and suggested what my car needs were and so patient with me along the way. I will definitely be going back for my car care when Andrew and Louis are working. I will be sending family and friends to them for service. I encourage my fellow humans, please, try this location just once, I believe you will be pleased with their service and car care. God bless.

This place is an absolute life saver and all the employees there were so polite and kind in helping me when I live out of state and needed a last minute emergency done. Oscar, andrew, and Israel all saved the day !!! 🙌🙌 They went way and beyond for me when I needed it the most! I would highly recommend coming here for not only the respectful mechanics but the overall quality and also fast service they provided.. I can’t be more thankful. You guys really impresssed me and Way to go guys !!! 🖤🖤🖤 10/10👏👏👌🏻

Do not take your car here!!! I was giving them the opportunity to make it right but they haven’t done anything! They massively overflowed my transmission when I brought my Volvo in and left my driveway a complete mess! It took two weeks for Bobby to call us back. Corporate just let us know they aren’t doing anything for us after we were out a car for 5 weeks while it was at another mechanic. We are out almost $2000 and they will let you know, that you “signed a waiver “ when they screw up your car!
