Found my new forever car doctor. I'm so glad I found this place. This small family is adorable and so knowledgeable, it's kind of hard to see off the road a bit, but so worth the trip. They saved me hundreds by taking the spark plugs out gently that two other highly rated shops said I would definitely need. Then they saved me hundreds again by giving me a temporary fix for something I just didn't have the money to replace. I thought Valvoline was taking care of things they went. I got complete attention and care here and it supports a very sweet family that is lgbtq friendly. They even have a pet duck and a decent waiting room with fresh coffee and a clean bathroom. I completely trust them with all my friends car needs. Affordable, honest, comfortable, good for community ❤️

Was able to get my brake pads and rotors replaced for a great price. Good honest people that won’t over charge you. They do great oil changes as well. I recommend Jone’s Auto to everyone

Had a van that was missing. Jones put it on the diagnostic software and saw it was one of the spark plugs. Jones had done tune up recently and replaced the spark plug free of charge. In and out of there in about an hour including that they had to go get the part.

Very unprofessional. Had simple oil change they overfilled my car. Then several weeks later the oil filter fell off lost all my oil almost ruined my engine. They also tried to say I needed work that wasn't needed. These people aren't same quality as previous owner. Don't go there is my suggestion to people.

I took my car there for a not so small leak. He tracked it down and got it fixed with no problem at all. Did additional tests but didn't charge any extra for those, and was actually less than his original quote. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Have fused them for wellv over 40 years and have recommended them to others. Everyone I have recommended them to have been very happy with them, as have I. They are honest and fair. They don't want you as a one time customer, but for a permanent one. second generation run. You won't be sorry if you go there! Small 2 bay shop.
