I am always cautious when it comes to car repairs due to some prior negative experiences. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and speed in which they got our granddaughter back on the road. I will be using them for my service repair needs in the future. They were great to work with and kept me informed every step of the process. They put a new engine in a 2012 Kia Soul they warranted parts and labor 12months/ 12k miles. Top notch! Delivered before promised. They had the opportunity, that most would have taken advantage of, to charge the quoted price, but instead ..were honest and charged what they felt was due. I never would have known the difference? Saved me hundreds. That's the type of honest rare business where you need to spend your money for repairs. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a shop that actually has quality customer service this is the one you want. Zach is a solid guy who took care of any and all questions I had in regards to getting my AC system functioning again. We got the job scheduled and they knocked it out in one day. KC Auto Solutions was great! Dropped my car off and got it back the same day. They were transparent on what the problems were, what parts are needed, and potentially what it could cost. The guys at KC Auto Solutions saved my mom and I during an ill fated trip to Kansas City from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mom is at the tail end of chemotherapy treatment and brought only a limited amount of medication. Furthermore, a breakdown on the way back to Tulsa would have put her in jeopardy on a number of different fronts.I communicated a little bit of this to Zac at KC Auto Solutions and their team made every effort to slot us in on a busy day for diagnostics. Zac personally drove me back to the house we were staying at (multiple times, I should add) during this process. They figured that we could safely make it back to Tulsa before having repairs done (in the interest of getting mom home quickly), but we liked them so much we opted to stay an extra day to have their shop do the work required.They completed the job in under a day, and for hundreds less than our local Tulsa shop would have quoted. We made it back to Tulsa safe and sound, and gained a trustworthy auto shop in the process. KC Auto Solutions is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best repair shop I have ever visited and I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen. We travel to Kansas City rather frequently and will continue to use them. I can't stress just how wonderful their team is, nor can I properly convey the quality of work that they do. KC Auto Solutions is the only place I trust to diagnose and fix issues the first time. They don’t try to perform repairs or have you buy parts that aren’t needed. Not knowing a great deal about auto repairs, I appreciate their honestly and service. I had a FANTASTIC experience at KC Auto Solutions. Everyone from Zach at the front desk to Josh who owns the building, I was treated with respect the minute I walked through the door! I actually had a flat tire about a block away and the owner came to help me! He was kind and willing to help. I purchased new lug nuts for my vehicle from KC Auto. They had the ordered, delivered, and put in within 40 minutes! I couldn’t asked for better service. Thank you for all of your help! You gained a customer today!
