I reserved my storage units online with no problems at all. When I arrived at the facility I was able to access the grounds without any problems. My unit was very easy to access and was clean. So far I am very pleased with my decision to go with owl storage.

Rent has now went up twice in the short time new company has owned it bragging about exciting new improvements.
About 45% jump in price for me.
So far nothing has changed for the better.
Demands for payment via email when already paid
Impossible to reach anyone at anytime during work week let alone after hours
They have removed veteran discounts
No longer recommended
Previous owner is very much missed

I haven't actually moved in yet but the process was super easy. I found my unit, paid online and received an email with all the codes and info. This place also has pretty good prices, actually $100 lower than where I'm moving from. They're worth checking out.

I am very pleased, The access in and out is great. The price is super reasonable. This Bill Brehm leased a space at owl for my boat. I recently aquired a space on the water at a lake that I attend frequently.

Easy access located in open area away from traffic congestion coming and going. You aren't required the mandatory lock expense of other storage units and they dont add insurance on rentals. They send you message to advise when end of month with easy option to pay online. Great prices and sizes compared to others.
