KC Floorworx did an outstanding job from start to finish on our new carpet. We had the carpet in our entire home replaced and are highly satisfied with it. Great local company with skilled tradespeople to handle your flooring needs
KC Floorworx tackled the job of 2 floors worth of new carpet. That's 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, staircase and upper landing. Super pleased with the crews, the products recommended and the owner Joe Bartels with his approach. Our house has made such a nice transformation with their help. Definitely look them up if you need carpet or flooring. They are also handling the hardwood refinishing next year, so very capable for all facets of flooring

This is not a fake review. We used KC Floorworx in the fall of 2022 and were disappointed with their customer service and their team of contractors. They broke our lighting without telling us , that felt dishonest to us.

We had our hardwood floors redone and LVP put in our master bath with KC Floorworx. Joe and his crew did AMAZING work. They were very professional, and responsive to all of our questions. I have gone through KCFloorworx several times for LVP installation. They are quick to come out and quick to install. Their prices are very competitive and only once out of 4 times getting an install done did I find a better deal and that was just because I wanted to undercut some brick.
The installers were courteous and professional.
They have a warehouse where you can go view products. I haven't been there but I've just always used the same LVP. They were able to get it cheaper than what home depot offered at a discounts.
