I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also knew that one of my tires was leaking air. I explained about the tire leaking air when Tyler took my information. The tire had a nail in the side….and they did not feel it would hold if we fixed it. Tyler checked to see if I had tire and wheel coverage. I did and he ordered the tire and kept mine so he could get it mounted before I returned on Monday. Upon my return I was back on the road with my new tire in 25 minutes. It was great to have the tire/wheel coverage and I received FANTASTIC Customer Service. Tyler was a great representative of Landmark Dodge—Jeep and knows how to provide excellent Customer Service. Thank you!

My experience was a breath of fresh airWent in with decent credit, had test drove a couple and set my sights on some vehicles yet they found the perfect fit for my budget and life style. I am forever grateful for this dealership. Thank you Doug and to all that had helped me into my life changing vehicle.

When taking my car in the repair shop I use could not get my van to start it needed a code. Got the code did not work. (When I took it in, my new battery was being drained overnight. They checked the relays then the code came up.) Had it towed to Landmark Dodge. Put Robert on the phone with my mechanic and he informed him what was done. Robert made the comment my mechanic didn't know what he was doing. So I was charged for diagnostic on the same relays 2 hours. It needed a new computer. Upon picking up my Van, Porter's had to remove several vehicles and when they finally got to my Van they couldn't find the key. Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes later I got my van. Late to work. I allowed enough to get to work on time. I even called and said I would be to pick it up in an hour. Do you put numbers on the keys. They had to make another key. Then the emergency key was not in it, so I had to ask for it. Robert said oh did you have one on it. I said yes, how do you think I got into it when I had a completely Dead battery. Yes he went in and got it.

We have had wonderful customer service from Felix who is sweet and so knowledgeable about vehicles in general. He really loves cars and it shows in his service to us as customers. I can always appreciate someone who is passionate about something and Felix has authentic enthusiasm for cars and helping others understand more in order to make the best purchase choice. The wonderful aspect about Felix is he isn’t a typical salesperson - there isn’t a single vibe that he is trying to make a sale; rather, he is enthusiastic to share what he knows and be a helpful friend during the process. We have bought 5 vehicles through Felix and 8 vehicles from this dealership for us and our children. Doug the GM is also a wonderful person. He is authentic like Felix.

This was a disappointing experience with Landmark. I have been a customer since 2012 and have purchased no less than four cars from them over the years and recommended several other customers.Purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart in May of 2021 for my son. Tie rods had to be replaced in June of 2023 so we called and were told the parts were not in, they would be ordered, and we would be contacted when they got in.A month goes by with no contact from them. My wife calls to check on the parts because our son was set to leave for college the next week. Service department tells us the parts have been in for a while in but someone forgot to contact us. Fine not a big deal, as long as the work gets done before my son leaves for school, which we were advised could happen.We take the vehicle in and it gets fixed the day we leave for Oklahoma to drop my son off. An hour into the trip my son’s brakes go out. We pull over to the side of the road and there is brake fluid all over the passenger side front tire. When we go to fix the issue, we find that a brake line has been severed. Mind you we pick the car up from the dealership and immediately got on the road.We do a roadside repair and get the vehicle back on the road.Shortly after that, the brakes go out again and when we pull over and find that brake fluid is spraying from the driver side front tire. When we pull that tire off we find out the brake line on that side has been severed, and there is a bungee cord wrapped around one of the tie rods.Obviously, while the car was being repaired both brake lines were severed had to be fixed on the road. Not sure why there was a bungee cord left on the car.We got to our destination, parked the car, and now it won’t start. Now I’m having to deal with a Dodge dealership in a different state to see if they can actually fix the car properly.I think I will find a different dealership.

I can't recommend this dealership. I went to Landmark because they still had 2022 vehicles available. During negotiation the first offer they came in with was 8k over the listed price online. I figured it would be higher than online due to not qualifying for all rebates, but 8k??? After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, my husband and I walked outside to see a salesperson pulling the vehicle into a parking spot in front of the dealership, just in time to watch another salesperson kick the front of the vehicle. I yelled at him and said he just kicked the vehicle I just bought. No sorry, just slinked around the side of the building.Next challenge was arranging to come in to sign paperwork and wire funds. Could not get the salesperson to call me back (turns out he was sick that day), which was fine, but also took 3 tries to get the GM to call me back.Next challenge, arranged an appointment to have protective coating put on vehicle and to have a side mirror fixed and an issue with the auto start/stop feature which I told them I thought was related to the auxiliary battery being dead. Dealership said they had the issue on another car and were waiting for feedback from corporate. I left the dealership with them saying they would call me Monday. That was six weeks ago. Still waiting. Finally went to another dealer to have the battery fixed. In and out in an hour.

once again I have had the absolute worst experience dealing with Landmark Dodge in Morrow. my 2020 Ram 3500, which I purchased new from them, won' start. after calling 3 different numbers that no one answered, I finally got a call back. I told that I need to truck towed to them to take a look at and I was told that the next available appointment wasn't until Oct 14, 3 and a 1/2 weeks from now. what am I supposed to do without my truck for almost a month. This is absolutely rediculous.

Very satisfied with the service that I receive at Landmark Dodge. Robert Johnson the Service Advisor is very professional and polite. Robert takes the time to give me the information needed about the service on my vehicle. The service on my vehicle is done in a very timely manner. The customer waiting area is very clean and the drink and snack purchasing area is up to date and modern.

Spencer is the only salesman I will see when I go up there. He takes care of all of my family and friends. I have bought 4 from him up there now and will keep buying the rest when time. Norris is awesome at his job also. Makes it easy and fast and makes sure he takes care of you and gets the right numbers in place for you.

Definitely one of the best dealerships this is my 8th vehicle from them , Doug , Mike L , James R, worked hard to get the numbers right on the 23 Waggy , the owner is talking to people outside like normal , you just dont get that anywhere, ask for James if your going to buy.

If I could leave negative stars for Landmark I would!! The service center has had my Jeep since early May 2023 and can't fix it. GSM's won't talk to you or return calls. Worst experience EVER! Do NOT purchase or service a vehicle here!!

I can’t praise Malissa enough for her help with buying a vehicle. She was super friendly from the second we stepped into the lot! We gave her the run down on how we needed a car ASAP as my previous Ford Focus unexpectedly had engine failure.We test drove a couple and she was very clear with the price of how much they were. We settled on one and the paperwork process was so smooth with her! I expressed how hard it had been being without a car for two weeks and how we had to reschedule appointments and how I had to have everyone coming to give me rides all the time and she made sure I left with the vehicle the day of.Waiting for finance took a little while, but she came over and checked in on us from time to time.I was nervous going in as most women are when it comes to buying cars because of pushy salesmen, but I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience with her. I am forever grateful for the experience! I highly recommend her. Thank you again, Malissa!!!

Overall, I think that we received great service, but when we got ready to leave, My mother had already paid for a car and they were supposed to be detailing it. While we were waiting to get the car so we could take it home, another couple and salesperson drove up in the car my mother had just purchased.Other than that "little" miscommunication I felt we received great service. Wish it didn't take that long to get a car though. My mom and nephew were there five hours on Monday, then when we returned on Saturday we were still there for two to three hours.
