Reserving and signing up online was fast and easy. You can't beat the price anywhere.
Before moving in my items I went into the office to ask a few questions. The office personal was extremely helpful. Not only did he explain where I needed to enter but he took the time to show me on the cameras. He also realized I had reaerved a 2nd level unit but after finding I would have some large items to move in, he took the time to find a 1st level unit.

It was quick and easy. Security looks very good. The price was the best part. It was over a $150 cheaper than the same size
Unit up north of the river. The store managers name is Leilani and she is amazing!

Lifestorage in Independence is amazing! We were in need of a unit quickly as we are moving very soon and they were able to accommodate us that day. Leilani, the manager, and Omar were so helpful and friendly. The prices here were literally a quarter of the prices we were quoted at other storage facilities. The location is convenient and secure. I would highly recommend Lifestorage on 24hwy. Ask for Leilani- she's the best!!

Haven’t been in my storage unit in months, never had mice, open the door today and start going through it and mice have completely ruined everything including irreplaceable items.
