We have bought alot there when we first moved there. There returns are handled by immature people whoere would rather gossip and look at there phones than help people. I met the owner of this company many years ago, this place has gone down hill in customer service. Your employees gather around in crowds and ignore their customers.

Waited at the paint desk for 10 minutes I even asked for help, they called for whoever was in charge of the paint department and nobody ever came. Barely any customers in the store . I tried to call afterwards and nobody could pick up the phone. I got put on hold three different times just trying to get a hold of the paint department! This Lowe’s is a complete joke. Take your business to Ace Hardware. They’re much more helpful.

I prefer Independence Lowe's to other home improvement stores. Elijah, who was a very helpful, cheerful, patient, and newly hired, made sure I found everything I needed and asked a seasoned associate for answers to a couple questions he didn't know the answers to. Elijah also helped me get my purchases in the car on a cold, snowy day.

I am a grandmother and a 5 foot one female I asked for help and a lumber department. This one guy ignored the cashier to have him help me. He had to ask him several times the older gentleman that's bald with a dark bushy eyebrows said OK he's like you don't know how to do this. I said if I did, I wouldn't have asked for help. I was looking for a specific size and a specific type of wood the guys like what's over there go have it go look for and I have never felt so disrespected along with him as we walked toward the pile That is so unacceptable. I hope he gets along with the rest of the crew because I asked several times several people for help and nobody wants to do their job.

I do NOT recommend blinds installation thru Lowe’s. Has been not handled correctly from day one. Quote was due Friday go to the Independence Lowes to pick out my blinds and pay and it was not complete. Ryan Smith the windows treatment sales team calls right after. Quote was short one blind and now I’m waiting for approval of the missing blind. I should not have to double check someone’s work. I know how many windows I need blinds. I emailed asking about the other blind needed and was supposedly sent the link to pay for that one and have not been sent anything. No one can help or resolve my issue. No one at the store can answer the phone and evidently the Independence Lowes has no manager? Now due to being bounced around I am not able to get my blinds installed the day I wanted. I hope the installation process goes better. I have so much more I can say. Just go elsewhere save yourself time and frustration. What’s sad is the builder of my house asked if I used the blinds company they have the card for in the window, sadly no.
UPDATE 10/15/24
My installation appointment was Monday. Installer gets to my house. The blinds are NOT even cut! How did they not even get cut. So now I have to wait another week per the installer to get them installed?! This installation should be a top priority now with all these issues I’m having. Lowe’s needs to make this right.
UPDATE 10/22/24
After not cutting my blinds at all to then cutting them wrong. I can now say they are finally cut correctly and installed. Took them 3 tries to get it right. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t. Install was good but getting there was not
