Great selection, wide assortment of products for the home, from laundry detergent, breakfast cereals to lumber, plywood, appliances etc. if we could have more than 2 cashiers or add self service, especially when the lines are 6-8 deep I would say 5 stars.

Buying a ceiling fan and the lady working in that department (used to be in paint) was very helpful. Helped us choose the perfect fan. She is always very helpful.

Nice clean organized store. Sections clearly signed and easy to find. Displays nice. Interesting that they have a mini grocery store in there. Nice overall experience. Helpful friendly staff

Bought a troybilt string trimmer and it lasted 1 year also paid 30 dollars for replacement plan and they will do absolutely nothing to help

I have been to Menards 2 times, I bought a piece of yard equipment online picked it up and it had a small hole in the box didn’t look like anything was missing but after putting it all the way together it was missing the last piece, called store manager sent me to Stacey hardware manager and agreed for me to come back in and get the missing piece, I I did drive 15 miles each way so I told Stacey after only being there twice it didn’t give me a very good impression of the store , her answer to that was “at least you got the part “ I just shook my head thinking I thought I got the part the first time and this is ridiculous.

Walked in to Menards August 1, 2024. So I just moved in to a new house that needs lots of up dating. Also I recently moved back to this state. I was needing lots of things. From chandeliers to trash bins etc. Well for the first time EVER, I was followed more than once at this store on this day!? I had a lamp employee follow & eyeball me a few times. I was asked a total of 3 times if I needed help. Then there was an old guy I spoke to about moving & needing various things. He had the audacity to ask me a 2nd time ,” So what is it you’re looking for?!” It was an uncomfortable and new experience for me.
