Ok I guess but the physical stores tend to need better trained employees otherwise I like my plan and they should offer some kind of loyalty bonus like a new phone three years never missed a payment

I had to Sue this place about 5 years ago.... I bought a phone same day I got it realized the speaker didn't work.I took it back the very next day they told me they couldn't replace the phone that I had to go through the insurance company.... Long story short.... They gave me the runaround for about a good month or so. First they said they had the wrong last name they had my last name first and my first name last go figure that out... Then they put in a rush on the phone... I was supposed to get it in 5 days... Every time I came back they told me.. they were going to put another Rush on the phone started being rude... It went on and on. I remember telling the manager there I'm going to sue you guys and they thought I was playing I remember he sarcastically said well that's fine do that....and I did.... I Won almost 200 judgment the cost of my phone.... People.... You have rights.... Use them

Roger store manager was the first person to even take me seriously and help me, I had 2 other stores tell me that itwasn't there problem and I would have to buy a new phone!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has been nothing but a really bad customer service experience OVER and over. Just tried to pay my phone bill and the girls are sitting outside smoking with a paper, hand written sign on the door saying, “Closed for the next 30 minutes” this is not the first time this has happened. I just called a new location to “switch locations” and he informed me that I could pay my bill at any location and the employee at this location lied. Do NOT recommend this location at all.

Previous employee had stolen necessary chords needed to transfer all data and contacts from one phone to the other. Caused major inconvenience at that particular time. Ok now tho!☺️

Metro by T-Mobile is a great place they offer great plans to fit your budget from playing starting out as low as $30 for unlimited talk text and web all the way up to $60 that offers more in the plan of unlimited talk texting web and Wi-Fi hotspot their phones are top notch I've not had no problems with their phones that I have gotten I currently own a Motorola one 5G Ace it's a fancy phone and it does me good I've had no use shoes with it since I've bought it I bought it with an upgrade that cost $219 I will admit it's not a very budget-friendly place for doing upgrades if you're on a fixed income but it is what it is but you are getting top notch phones that I guarantee or just as good if not better than any high-end phones that are out there and the prices for service and the signal and everything is top-notch quality that I guarantee is just as good as Verizon or regular T-Mobile even that T-Mobile owns Metro by T-Mobile and AT& T or any cell phone carry out there that carries cell phones I guarantee they're just as good if not better than any other company that's out there point blank. If you're looking for a great cell phone carrier with great plans and great phones with people that will give you great friendly service and treat you like a customer should be treated then try Metro by T-Mobile you cannot go wrong with them they can fit you with a plan that fits your budget and fit you with a phone that is top notch.
