I give Michell at 3709 s. Noland road MetroThe 5 Star because she patiently solved myACP problem. Michell was very pleasant.At the same time I would like to make complaint against Nani at the Sugar Creek store for lying to me about fixing the ACP, He also sold me a so called free tablet which later I found out I would have to pay $25 a month for it. Coincidentally right after leaving Nani my credit card had an unrelated charge on it.I’ve been with Metro for 7 years.

Went today to try to pay my bill and switch a phone over but "Nani" said he couldn't switch the phones because they are locked.... They're both pcs phones bought from that store. Ok so i need to pay my bill... now the servers down he can't take my payment. Drive 10 minutes to the locating on 23rd and the worker was able to do everything we asked within 5 minutes. Even he said it sounded like the first guy didn't want to help.

Slow. And did not get my problem resolved. I went to about four different Metro by T-Mobile's and my problem didn't get solved any of the times.

My friend had damaged phone insurance sent him new one They charged him activation fee wrong! We gave Mr Ricks old phone he put in envelope but phone never showed now trying to charge him 329 for it . Store manager tried to blame us. BAD business. ?.

This place is a joke I tried to return a phone here and the lady was not only ignorant of the return policy but I called Metro on the phone and was talking to customer service she still refused to take back the phone even though the representative told her to she locked the door such horrible customer service seriously go anywhere but here

Stood outside in the cold for over 30 minutes while waiting on them to come back from a "bathroom break" today. I ended up giving up and going home without even seeing an employee. Would not recommend to anyone.
