Absolutely terrible!! Zero stars is a must.
$1,589 down the drain. Staff can't work on cars period they are all better off working at McDonald's if they can even do that.
I have a 19yr old truck and the rear break line broke. I had it towed up there and told some guy that the rear break line broke and to replace everything with the rear drums because it's 19yrs old. They claimed all I needed 2 rear wheel cylinders well guess what now my rear breaks have welded themselves to the drums. This place should be shutdown there is zero reasons it should be allowed to operate with unqualified staff and unqualified management.

I’ve been to the Midas in Springfield, MO and had an amazing experience. Coming to this one was completely different. First I was told “I know my websites says I take outside parts but due to liability I don’t”. Not a big deal as the work needed done I didn’t have the part for. Well he proceeds to tell me he will call for confirmation before doing any work, when he calls he informs me that they have already started my oil change and wanted to confirm process for tires, alignment and talk about an oil and coolant leak. Proceeds to tell me that I am profusely leaking oil but he can’t fix it as it is a Kia fix only but then proceeds to charge me over $80 for an oil change that was being performed before consent. This was later removed from my charges as we determined how unnecessary the oil change was. Well on the phone he tells me how the tires I’m getting are the cheapest and he’s gonna charge me the working man’s dollar and they are the best tires that he himself uses yet charged me $444 for 2 tires that were supposed to me rotated on my vehicle. After pick up realized I was way over charged on tires (fire stone, Walmart, Michelin etc I could of gotten them cheaper for the same quality). He also put on the paper work he rotated my tires which in fact was not done as the tire I needed replaced was my passenger rear and the new tires were both put on the back when they should of rotated the tires from the front to the back and then put the new ones on the front. Very disappointed with my experience. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Always professional and timely. They are honest, I know this because I requested a wheel alignment and was told that I did not need it . What they did say was my tires in the front were 2 different sizes and that's why my car was pulling.

I went up and got the AC/Heat fixed on my truck and they did a phenomenal job at that. Great customer service and great communication with me about what was going on with my truck throughout the day. Because of that experience I took my wife’s car up there. I had to replace numerous headlight bulbs and her headlights still did not work. I brought it up and they checked it out. They said with her type of bulb that you can’t touch the bulb with your hands because it’ll blow the bulb. Then they gave me tips on how to replace it and didn’t charge me a dime for any of it. I was already going because of how great they were to work with on my truck but because of how they were with the most recent interaction they have a customer for a long time.
