I've been coming to Dan at NailMax for over 5 YEARS! There is no place better. I drive from Harrisonville to Independence for my nails. The pink and white pic is after 3 weeks. The red is 4 full weeks! The red JUST started showing some lifting. ❤

I went to get my nails done , and the girl there rushed and was very aggressive doing my nails . My nails came out looking a little bad on the French tips, and I did get cut from aggressive filing on my pinky .

Dan and Helen are great! They both take their time on my nails and make sure that they’re perfect. Prices are reasonable as well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nail Max. They are SO KIND, and never ever mistreated my Autistic daughters bad. They treat them as they would anyone who comes in there....with dignity and respect!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would ! The management couldn’t care less how loyal of a customer you are ! They schedule you an appt. But having an appointment does not matter to them . I scheduled dip and a pedicure , took time off to go , waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time until I sat down . They started my hands and told me I would have to come back another day because there were walk ins . Time and time again I went back , the manager Tina is so rude ! She treats customers like they are a bother and mocks what they say, and the colors they choose . She clearly doesn’t know how to provide good customer service or be an example to her employees. I stopped going there over a year ago after being treated like I don’t matter at all and the staff being very rude . My best friend had the same experience there . I know several people tht have said the same thing. To me , if I am going to spend my money somewhere , it won’t be somewhere that doesn’t care one bit and is rude as hell. I would rather take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same . My time is important and I cannot tell you how many times I had a appt here and they made me wait so long , or told me they would have to move me to another day. I will NEVER go here again! They are ignorant to how to treat people . My friend went tonight and she had an appt . She waited a hour soaking and they took walk ins . She finally left with no service , no nails and they wasted her time as well. The disregard for your customers time is unacceptable . Take my advice and do not schedule at this salon. To the salon: maybe you should take some customer service classes, or better yet, respect your customers time , and remember , your customers are the reason you have income .
