Knuckleheads, ordered online with coupon 6:45pm night before (I know they close at 7pm), said 4 in stock. Was going to pick up on my way home from work today (next day) as I did 'store pick up...ready in 1 hour'. Get email at 4pm my order was cancelled, out of stock now. If the store person pulled the order when they opened this morning at 7am this wouldn't had happened. What a bunch of nimrods, won't be shopping at Northern Tool any further, I'll pay a few pennies more for people at a competent store elsewhere. There should be a penalty for stupid, or there is no remorse to not continue the same behavior. If someone pulled the order in a timely manner the following morning, my prepaid item on the shelf wouldn't had been sold from under me. How irritating.

online bundle, can only be purchased if you pay shipping. Which ends up costing $300.00 more than buying parts without the bundle and having them shipped to store. bundle was a ripoff.

What a joke! Google says they close at 6, but the door says 5 pm on Saturday. And the assistant manager is super rude! He claimed he couldn't help me find a product because there's "nobody else" to stand at the register. There were no other customers in the entire store, just me! This guy needs to be fired for his attitude. My brother and I own a construction company and spend over $10-$15k at this store each year. Guess I'll take my business to Home Depot.

If I didn't have to leave even so much as one star I wouldn't. But it seems it's required for me to leave this review. My friend and I went to check out a splitting axe I found online today. There were 2 of the specific one that I was trying to find on the shelf. As I was looking at them they were both damaged and when I asked the salesman if that was normal his reply was "no sorry I can't even sell this to you they have to be taken off the shelf." Which is where it all began. So as my friend and I started to continue to look around the store this salesman decided he needed to follow us in every direction and ask if we needed help every which way we turned. Now I was only slightly annoyed at this up until we decided we were finished at this store and the salesman decided to follow us out of the store and proceed to act as if it weren't very evident that he was out there trying to find which car we went to and what our plate # was. So not only did my friend and I feel complelty and 100% profiled to the fullest but I also felt it as a bit of harassment because neither my friend nor myself had taken anything from this establishment nor did we have any intentions to. I found it EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! ill never suggest this store to anyone and as far as I'm concerned this won't be the last time anyone hears of this experience.
