“I utilized the Independence, MO Office Depot in attempt to make copies/scans of construction plans from a commercial building that was built in 1975. The plans were not in great shape. Billy was the employee who worked on my order. He worked on it for a few minutes then indicated that he would like to keep them for a day or two in order to not be rushed and not damage the plans any further. Billy called the next day, he had them scanned and printed perfectly with no further damage. This was a tough job and I appreciate Billy's great effort to provide the best service possible.”
