Have been taking my dog to be groomed for years and never has he had a problem, but today Briany claimed he bit her while trying to do his nails and charged me an extra 10.00 . She cut him while grooming him , I would have bit her too ! But that is not like my dog . She is horrible and will not be taking him back

I do not recommend anyone take their dogs to this location for any dog training classes. I signed my puppy up for a 6 week dog training program. My husband and I were super excited about it and exposing the dog to a training routine and bringing the puppy to consecutive classes to tighten training. Three different classes were cancelled/ rescheduled the day of. I called to the location to talk with the general manager and he stated that they would only handle the issue if I drove down to the location at a day and time he was available to talk with me about a solution.

Liers ! Told us we could cancel anytime. 4 days later we decided to NOT do the year long plan. We were told when we called to cancel that we would be charged over $200.00 to get out of the contract. Our plan was for $56.00 a month for a year. We never used the plan, and weren't told there would be a fee to cancel at anytime !

Honestly, out of all the pet stores I've been too i like this one the best. There is always someone there to help. The store is a lot cleaner and smells so much better than the other stores. I go here to buy all my fishes and everyone is so knowledgeable. I appreciate it

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at PetSmart. This is the second horrible encounter. The employees were unprofessional and outright disrespectful, specifically Taylor and Katelynn. When I asked a simple questions to the receptionist about their fees, Taylor and Katelynn stood by laughing right in my face and making faces to each other as if I wasn't even there. They exchanged looks and made faces while discussing my questions, which felt extremely rude and demeaning. I was shocked by how they handled what should have been a basic, courteous interaction. I’ve had issues with Taylor in the past informing me that a fee would be $15, only to pick up my pet and the price hiked to $40. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location or probably any other PetSmart if I don’t have to. If they would treat me horribly, right in front of my face, these aren’t people I’m trusting with my pet.
UPDATE: I never heard from the manager of the store.

I went in to get turtle food & feeder fish. We were waiting for over 15 minutes & still were never helped. I asked the lady at the register & she said “sorry we are busy.” I’ve never been so dissatisfied with the customer service till today. I will no longer be coming back to petsmart.

Took my Maltese 12 lbs. in today, July 26th 24 to get groomed at 9 AM.This morning got him back at 2:30 in the afternoon and charge me 88.00.. poor .service.Said they were very busy taking in to many dog's charging more than they say.

I overheard the manager KYLE speaking down to his employee, he was rude and condescending. No manager should ever talk down to an employee.
