They were ok the first time but they were fat to wide I have small hands a rushed me out . I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Then I went back boy did them I act like I liked them left went somewhere else the same day got a new set . Trying not to hurt feelings a tipped . Went back the third time and two older workers was there they did me so dirty I said stop take it off I don’t want it over 5 times over I just asked how much never touched no water didn’t get scrubbed nothing just filed my toes barely and put thick acrylic on my feet it was so runny it got out of hand my toes hurt so bad from the acrylic between my ties I went back they took some of it off I have pictures they did my daughter the same way we just paid an left they wanted 95$ lmao then went to 55$ I said no ma’am so they wanted 30$ to mess my feet up no pedi an them have the nerve to talk about me to everyone in the nail salon like I haven’t been there within the last two months an spent 1500$ with them every time I went I had paid for two of my sisters my niece an my daughter of just my sister n her daughter an I . To be treated so rudely as if I did something wrong I went to different nail shops nobody wanted to go over there work it was bad so I’ve hired a lawyer an I will see them in court . Over 30 $ . Y toes aren’t even that wide look at the mess !!!!! 💔💔💔

The service was horrible the acrylic was very sloppy and all over and in between my toes. I was told to come back when the owner was there and I did so. Had the acrylic removed and requested my money back and they refused to provide me a refund and proceeded to lock the door after I requested my money back. I will never go back to this nail shop as the service and quality was terrible.

The atmosphere was nice & they have a good drink selection to relax with while you have your service done. Vincent did my pedi & we had a great conversation throughout. I would recommend if you are looking for clean,affordable and a nice vibe! Ill be going back regularly.

Grandaughter and I went to this salon waited an hour for pedicure. Price chart given to pick out service no other fees mention until pedicure done and told they charge extra to remove nail color. Behavior unprofessional and spoke fast , unclearly with broken English to make speech not understandable. But heard same tech speak very clear English to customer next to me.

This thick older lady was rushing me and literally disrespected me as I tried to explain to her what happened to my nails.
My nails feel sore because she was rushing the set and she gave me an ugly look when I told her she was hurting my thumb. That’s why she got a $3 tip. Never again. Too Damm expensive to be disrespected.

Horrible place I had a 100$ gift card that was 2 years old owner stated I could not use even after I explained why it had not been used. I was unable to use it due to severe medical issues and being in the hospital on and off for those two years! I am not sure how a business does not understand health conditions and that some are unfortunately very serious and absolutely life changing! I will be calling the better business bureau! Truly saddened me that this business is more worried about money then building good, returning clients, that pass on good reviews for them! Do not go here!

I’m a first time customer I came to get my toes done and the customer service was terrible. I feel like I was being treated weirdly because of my race, they rushed to get started on my 2 white family members and I sat with my feet soaking for over 30 minutes waiting to get my toes done when I booked an appointment PRIOR. I’m black and I feel like because of that fact they had some sort of intermosity towards me. The lady that finished my toes was rude as well my two big toes were clearly very different so I politely asked for her to fix them and she clearly got an attitude which I don’t care I’m a paying customer like anyone else you not bout to have me walking out looking crazy. If you’re black just don’t even come here literally didn’t feel welcome at all then on top of that spent 70 dollars on a PEDICURE. Terrible prices I only got acrylic on one toe and they charged me 10$ for it?? Then when I asked why it was so much she got another attitude. I was nice and friendly the whole time just to receive a nasty attitude. Will never be back again would give one star if I could.

customer service was nice but my nails came out to 60 dollar and normally i get them longer and they come out to the same price also my nails are crooked bumpy and really thick
