She double charged me when I got my eyebrows done. One for wax and tint then charged me for a regular eyebrow wax. I only have one set of eyebrows so how she waxed twice…. I don’t know! Plus she had the tint uneven on one eyebrow! It was frustrating but, I paid her and gave her a little tip. The young man that did my pedicure wasn’t greedy so I tipped him more graciously. This was my second time going.

It was an average experience. I aid for an expensive pedicure and I feel the person who did it did her bare minimum.

Had my back waxed 6 months ago for $40
This time they said it was $50 , which I get because prices went up
Once I was getting it done , lady said it was $30 more to do the lower back
Which is absolutely ridiculous, who in the world just waxes the upper ?
Won't be returning , price gouging at its finest

Requested style: They're amazing Elisa always makes my nails look amazing ?
Specialties: I get the ombre nails and not a lot of people can do that but they're able to get my nails looking wonderful!
Cleanliness: Seriously the cleanest and nicest nail salon around.

My first time here, and most everyone was busy with what I gathered to be their regulars. They all seem to be chummy. There's a fancy neighborhood behind the shop, and I was not dressed up as nice, so I kind of felt out of place. My feet were also a mess. I had neglected them a bit and this was my first pedicure for the season. They had a young man come out to do my pedicure. He seemed very reluctant and unhappy. Eventually, he kind of warmed up. He did a good job, not a great job, but I left him a tip. No one else seemed really interested in me. I'll probably not go back.

I had heard good things from two friends about this business and easily scheduled a same day appointment for an acrylic nail fill on 07/06/24 with "Vanna." The front of the shop was nicely decorated (I never made it beyond the front desk). My appointment was at 4:00 PM, I arrived at 4:07 PM. After being greeted, I was asked if I could wait for 10-15 minutes as the technician had to leave for something related to a car (I could not completely understand his reported wife due to her face mask). I agreed to wait and began to look at polish colors and approximately 2-3 minutes later, the same woman asked me if I could return on Monday as "Vanna" would not be returning due to the car matter. I advised that I could not return Monday as Saturday (that day) was convenient for me. She went on to say something about the car from which I interpreted as her saying like "you know, it's the car and priority." I am sympathetic to people who have car repairs, however, to simply minimize my time and effort to patronize their business for which I had an appointment (even being 7 minutes late) was unprofessional and off-putting. There were no other solutions presented, simply come back Monday. I gracefully left after saying that I would check their availability on Monday, but after much thought I have decided not to return to this nail shop. I left feeling dismissed and disregarded. I once owned a small business and very much valued each customer and their experience doing business with me. Perhaps, this business is thriving so much that they don't mind turning away business. I was excited to try this shop and potentially find a place that I could consistently go for service, but my search continues before even having providing a service.

Was asked to leave very rudely cause I wanted warmer water and it was a jelly pedicure. After an hour of the tech on my toes. I was a new customer looking for a permanent shop. This wasn’t it. As im preparing to leave the guy says now. Talking to me crazy. I guess he expected me to act my color not my pay grade. If I can pay 70 for a pedi I want it warm the entire time.

My husband and I went in for pedicures, and I received a full set and eyebrows waxed. BEST service, each and every one of the staff was welcoming and did an amazing job, 20 min drive for good service we have found our spot will definitely becoming here for now on.

I just had the worst service at this nail shop! Not only did someone who didn’t even know how to take off gel polish do my pedicure but it took 2hrs to get a basic pedicure! 2 ladies worked on my feet for 2hrs!!! Then one of the ladies cut my toe! And they still charged me full price!!! This nail shop is horrible as they weren’t empathetic or anything!!! The worse!!!
