Was asked to leave very rudely cause I wanted warmer water and it was a jelly pedicure. After an hour of the tech on my toes. I was a new customer looking for a permanent shop. This wasn’t it. As im preparing to leave the guy says now. Talking to me crazy. I guess he expected me to act my color not my pay grade. If I can pay 70 for a pedi I want it warm the entire time.

My husband and I went in for pedicures, and I received a full set and eyebrows waxed. BEST service, each and every one of the staff was welcoming and did an amazing job, 20 min drive for good service we have found our spot will definitely becoming here for now on.

I just had the worst service at this nail shop! Not only did someone who didn’t even know how to take off gel polish do my pedicure but it took 2hrs to get a basic pedicure! 2 ladies worked on my feet for 2hrs!!! Then one of the ladies cut my toe! And they still charged me full price!!! This nail shop is horrible as they weren’t empathetic or anything!!! The worse!!!

I love Pro Nails. I have been going there for many years. The staff is friendly. Elisa is a perfectionist. She is great. I am going back tomorrow. I am including a photo of my nails which still look great after 3 weeks.

My friend and I came for pedicures and we asked for the one with the best massage. We were told the $50 package was the best and in the description it stated 12 min massage. The man at the front convinced us that we would love it. My nails look great and my feet are soft. The jelly stuff was fun. The sugar scrub was nice. But my friend and I both timed our massages and hers was 3min and mine was 4 min. The lady that did mine did not massage just lightly rubbed. We are both very disappointed. Don't waste the extra money. Just get a basic pedicure if you're just wanting your toes painted. We came in on a Monday afternoon when there were no other customers until near the end of our pedicures. Grateful they took walk ins but definitely not worth getting the most expensive package.

Went to have a Spa Pedicure..worst one I have ever had..nothing special..not much massaging or relaxing at all..in fact he cut my big toe nails almost in the quick!! Never again

Elisa has been doing my nails for years. She does an awesome job and is the only person I go to get my nails done. They are the place to go for dip powder.

Not impressed with this place. The lady spoke zero English so communication was difficult. I wanted my toenails cut very short but she left them long. She kept scalding my feet with hot water. The polish selections looked like some were 5 years old. My nails were already chipped off two days later because she only did one thin coat on them and no clear coat topper. The massage chair was nice is the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

I took my whole family here for a mani and pedi just for our nails to be ugly, chipped, and messed up not even 48 hours later . John is good nail tech and the only good thing this place has. Owner refused to be courteous to us after I called and explained to him that the mani pedis were stripped and nails looked like no service was even provided. It sucks to have owners who don’t treat customers well when their service was poor. Will not be going back.Services: Manicure

Make an appointment and then they make you wait. Two people working on one person. They message me confirming appointment, but why don't the message stating that they will not be able to honor my scheduled time. It seems all nail salons do this after you frequent them for awhile. Do not take me for granted. My money spends well elsewhere
