UPDATE: If you needed more reasons to not give this place your business, it is not secure in any way. Someone broke into my unit and several others simply by smashing through the walls from a vacant unit. They do not lock the vacant units and don't even pretend to care about solving this problem. STAY AWAY.
The gate isn't opening during business hours, there is no one in the storefront, and I cannot reach a live person on the phone to get the situation fixed. This place is an embarrassment.

Can control access with your phone. Large three story interior. The only downside is if you need to speak with a person it's going to be hard with everything being remote and I rented out a 10x10 but because there are bars on the inside of the units walls it reduces the space to more of a 8x8. I previously rented an 8x10 with a competitor which was more spacious on the inside. But outside of that the area I am in is clean.

Recently did business with this location and Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having and he handled it very professionally and I certainly appreciate it. I recommend this location, very clean and a professional staff member named Eric thanks you for your services.

I would give zero stars if I could, the EMPLOYEES here STOLE EVERY SINGLE TOOL I HAD in my INDOOR storage unit. No it wasn't left unlocked, the ONLY people with access was the employees when they switched my lock. They stole thousands of dollars in my milwaukee packout tool boxes and also wrenches and hand tools. Please dont EVER rent a unit from here. ALSO the MANAGER was very hostile and defensive when I informed her about it! Of course I cant see any video because it was probably her and the maintenance guys that stole it ALL. EVERYTHING had my initials on it with sharpie but I highly doubt any of those tweaker care.
