Christie whiterock. Their employee not only violated HIPPA while speaking on our visit with a lobby full of guests but also proceeded to put her hands on me to push me out of the door. Even though I was requested to come back to the exam room 2 with my husband by another employee. She’s lucky we needed help or I would’ve dog walked her on that floor.
I have reached out to the higher ups to report her. I will come back to this review to update it depending on how their team resolves this issue of theirs

Everything went well with the actual appointment. They make you give them a debit card number to keep on file for any uncovered expenses. I saw I was charged over 200 dollars on my bank statement and called to find out why i was charged. They filed my primary and secondary backward even after I filled out the paperwork correctly, and never called me to tell me my insurance denied the claim. They said they needed to refile it and get paid before I could get refunded. Took so long, I am not even sure I ever got it back.

I went in for a procedure and was ask to drink 32 oz of water before. During the procedure the nurse ask when was the last time I used the restroom, I
said 30 min ago. Towards the end of the procedure the nurse said I was not supposed to use the restroom 1 hour prior which was NOT explained on scheduling.
The procedure should have been stopped and re-schedule when I told the nurse it was less than a hour since last head call. !
