Ordered food (a wrap and a flat) , got everything except guacamole, onions, jalapeños, chipotle sauce, and buffalo sauce on the side. Considering we were charged extra for these items and they weren’t delivered, kind of feel robbed.

I'm torn on this one because the morning crew and cashiers do great. However anytime I'm here after work (4pm) the cooks are either rude or don't pay attention. This ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no chicken and apparently he only glanced at the screen because it's got chicken on it. If the chicken didn't taste like Vienna sausages I wouldn't mind it. Anyways. Less rude people and more people that seem like they wanna be there would be nice. Only problem I've had is rudeness and people that don't pay attention. Both on the cook side after 4pm. Everything else is great.

I was in the other day for my usual ice tea and suddenly heard a woman yelling. I went to investigate only to find it was an employee yelling at a homeless person over them taking some water. I believe her name is Karen V. I was shocked that an employee would accuse someone like that of stealing when it was just water. Water should be free. There is no noticeable signage that says you have to pay for water. I hope Karen sees some kind of consequences from this and that if she's ever in need of some free water that she gets back the same energy she put out that day. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the store. Homeless people get treated like garbage already and she just added to that. They're people deserving of respect.

Dumb people @ the counter. Apparently this is a store that switches up it's staff a bunch cause one day I can come in and buy my smokes @ the counter w/out my ID and then when the people aren't there that know me they try to ID me. This lady waited to ID me until I had the pack of smokes in my pocket. I'd your over 35 it's pretty easy to tell. I don't look like I'm 18 or I wouldn't complain about this. Same reason I normally don't stop here in the first place. Go down the road they have better service.

This Quiktrip is literally stealing from their kitchen customers. I bought a grilled cheese 4x bacon and 2x turkey, I spent a total of over $14 for the sandwich that only had 4 slices of bacon and 2 slices of turkey. Since when did the number of slices change from 4 per order to 1?

The kitchen will always mess up your order if you order off the kiosk. Drink cups are never clean, always find something floating in your drink. The whole store is always dirty, and there’s always several people behind the counter but only one to check people out so service is slow. They need to update this QT.
