If I can give o I would. I have been dealing with rent a center for years, but this location has bad communication problems.the manager Tara is very unprofessional and make excuse for her delivery guy making mistakes and not checking the furniture. I discovered that my zipper pillow cushions didn't work on one of my couches and I immediately contact the delivery guy. Well they claimed that a person will be out within a week to look at it and fix it. Nothing happened in a week. The next week, same thing. But when my payment was due they didn't hesitate to contact me. Which I paid both my payments since I had the furniture. It's like when you patient and expect them to handle the issue ,it's no communication. If you get irritated with them not doing there job or call them out on something they said they was going to do, You wrong!! So instead they rather not apologize and claim you the problem when all I want is my zippers fixed that clearly wasn't damaged due on my part. I can't use one side of my couch because I'm afraid the stuffing is going to come out of the part that is attached. First time I ever had a problem with the company. I got hung up on 30 plus times because the manager refused to hear my mouth about them being unprofessional.The manager Tara claimed she was transferring me to cooperate but how you going to do that when customer service is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It was no way of me leaving a message speaking with someone. She even with as far as saying she was going to call the police in the background with her employee before she hung up the phone. Call the police because I keep calling concerning my zippers. That's crazy!! She make it seem like I wasthreatening her life or something crazy like that. I only threatening to call cooperate for the bad communication and not sticking to what they told me. I really was told a week and today I was told 3 to 6 weeks. Like be honest and stop saying one thing one week and the next week one week, and now 3 to 6 weeks. Correct me if I'm wrong but the contract say..if you damaged the product you are responsible. So what happens when you not responsible. It's no wear and tear. Brand new furniture and not used. No holes or anything. It's just a zipper problem.

I’m not even sure where to start on how unprofessional the employees at this store are. I, as a customer, will not be disrespected or cussed at. I’m calling corporate, paying a lawyer, whatever means necessary to get back at them for their immature actions. And no, I’m not being a Karen. I’m a $23 year old woman who’s had enough of not being treated like a customer should be treated.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Delivery crew have such professional attitudes when setting up purchases in the home but with a sense of friendly interactions that keep you smiling.. This location is a preference of mine because ever since my interaction with Stephanie, she's been amazing! Stephanie is my go to when I get anything additional to purchase. She's informative. Have a wonderful attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure as a customer, I'm happy. Y'all need to go to the Noland location!! Everyone is Great!
